chapter 2

Night time:
Niki was busy with his studies. suddenly his mom knocked on the door "come in." He politely said. His mom sat on his bed and said, "Niki why did you get that bad marks on your midterm?
These days you are not focusing on your studies."
"Mom, I was just...."
"No...no excuse. I know You are addicted to sports these days," she said.
"Mom....I..! He was cut off by her again
"I guess you want a new home tutor and no more basketball"
Niki's eyes widened hearing the last sentence. He loves playing basketball a lot.
"How can you do this to me, mom? basketball is my love. Mom plz our match is 2 months later." he said with a sad tone.
"Ok, then....I'll let you play on one condition. you have to get the highest mark on the final...! But if you couldn't make it you will never play again...! Deal?"
"Deal" Tears started rolling down his eyes but still he kept looking at his mother till she closed the door and went away....!
But who is the new tutor, he thought.
