2nd degree murder: he killed Danny even though he was not the intended victim, he will get a life sentence

Desertion: I think I might go on the middle end and give him 2 years in prison

1st degree attempted murder: Tigry tries to kill the player, giving him yet another life sentence

Theft of a boat: the best I could find is 5 years in prison

Trespassing: Tigry probably never had clearance to enter outpost echo which would give him 10000$ fine

Destruction of government property: I actually couldn't find the penalty for this one so I'm just gonna give him a 15 year sentence
