I am In the jones family and we are all mexicans. When I was 6 years old my abuela Sara passed away. Now i'm 11 years old, but I act like i'm with abuela. Every year I put pictures of her on the wall. Her blue, purple and pink hair reminds me of my own. Every year on el día de los muertos, I make her favorite vanilla ice cream with Strawberries And cookies on top. I also wear a dress with her favorite colors on it. I light up candles/Diyas for her. (The most prettiest ones.) I love reading her, favorite bedtime stories that she used to read to me, when I was young. It reminds me of good memories of the past. I celebrate all the stuff at River Valley. River Valley is my favorite spot in the whole world and my grandmother's to. I sing songs and dance with her when I was young, but now she's not here so, I sing and dance to her. I love my grandmother, Sara
Jones and she will always be with me. The love for her will always blossom and be cherished.
Love, Abigail Jones,
