Lloyd had been minding his own business, walking up the monastery stairs, when he heard a wail.
He looked around and found a basket with a note.
It read..

If you get this,
please take care of my daughter.
She is 18 months old.
She does not have a name.
I can not care for her anymore.
Please keep her safe.

Lloyd read over it in shock.
He pulled a blanket covering the basket back to reveal a small child.
She was wailing very loudly.
Lloyd carefully pulled her out and shushed her.
When she saw him she began to calm down.
He grabbed the blanket and wrapped her up so she would not feel the chilly air.
He sighed.
"Now what am I gonna do with you?"
She babbled in reply.
"You wanna come with me?"
She reached up and grabbed some of his hair.
"Ow! Hey-"
He stared at her.
"I'll take that as a yes."
He put her in the basket and carried up the stairs to the monastery
When he got there he opened the door and to his shock no one was there.
'Is everyone asleep?' He thought.
He hoped not, then he would not have help with the child he found.
Luckily he found everyone in the kitchen.
"Hey guys!" They all noticed the basket in his hands.
"Lloyd, what is that?" Kai asked.
"So I kinda found a baby-"
"Wait- DID YOU KIDNAP A CHILD!?" Jay yelled and rushed over to see the basket.
"No! I didn't kidnap her!" He yelled.
"Why would I kidnap anyone!"
"Where did you find this baby?" Cole asked.
"I found her on the stairs, there was a note with her."
He handed the note to Zane.
"Well, that's unfortunate." Zane said after he read the contents.
Nya took the note from him.
"I'm going to go get Master Wu!" Cole called from outside the room.

The next thing they knew, they were all in the living room thinking about a name to give her.
"Hmm how about Chloe!" Cole suggested.
"Ehhh we could do better than that!" Jay exclaimed.
"Can I hold her now?" Kai asked Nya.
She had been the only one besides Lloyd and Master Wu to hold her.
"Ugh finnneee." She handed her to Kai who carefully accepted.
When she saw Kai tears slowly began to well up in her eyes.
"Oooh! How about-" Jay was cut off by a pitiful cry.
They all turned to the child.
"No no no don't cry!" Kai exclaimed and began to panic.
"Let me try!" Cole carefully took her and began shush her.
She cried harder when Cole took her.
"Ummm h-hey look at me!" Jay began to make funny faces.
"Waaaaaaaaaaa!"
"She doesn't like you guys!" Nya exclaimed and she carefully took her.
The room fell silent.
She took one look at Nya and began to sob again.
Master Wu sighed.
"Allow me to-"
He stopped when he noticed her reaching out to Lloyd.
"She wants Lloyd I think." Cole stated.
Nya passed her to Lloyd.

Lloyd had been deep in thought when he heard a wail and everyone panicking.
He watched as everyone tried and failed to calm her down.
He felt the urge to grab her and pull her away from the others.
He was unsure why.
He woke up when Nya passed her to him.
He cradled her close to his chest and began to shush her.
She quieted down and fell asleep.
Everyone stared at him.

"What..?"
"How did you calm her down!" Kai whisper yelled.
Lloyd shrugged.
He looked back down at her and slowly began to rock her to and fro.
"What if we named her Mia?" He said suddenly.
Murmurs of agreement passed through the room.
"So where is she gonna sleep?" Jay asked suddenly.

It had been a week since they found Mia.
They set up a nursery in a spare room.
It had a crib near the corner by the window, there was a changing table
on the left wall, a nice yellow rug took up the center of the room.
There was a dresser at the wall next to the door where they put diapers, clothes, and other necessities.
Lloyd had insisted on keeping the basket he found Mia in so it was on the corner of the dresser filled with baby toys.
The room was yellow themed with white to accent it.
In the corner opposite to the crib there was a rocking chair with a few pillows on it.
The window had nice translucent yellow curtains that tinted the sunlight pouring through.
They were glad they got the room put together so fast, it was convenient having everything organized.
Lloyd thought it looked pretty cool.
All that was missing was the thing that goes above a crib that has stuff hanging from it that he did not remember the name of.
He just couldn't find out where they were sold.

Lloyd was in the living room playing with Mia when Jay decided to burst through the door.
"I'M BACK!" He yelled.
He had been shopping for baby food, because they weren't sure if she needed a bottle or food.
Lloyd gave him a death glare.
"Do you want to be what ruins her mood?"
He pointed to Mia.
"Ah haha.. sorry."
He went to the kitchen to put away the baby food.
Lloyd sighed.
A giggle caught his attention.
"Bblllleeee" She babbled.
"Let me play with her!" Jay hopped over and caught her attention.
"Hey Mia!" He covered his face.
"Oh where did I go..?"
A cry caught his attention.
"Wait no no no I'm here see!" He put his hands down.
"Jay!" Lloyd exclaimed.
He stood up and took her with him to the nursery.
Then a thought crossed Jay's mind.

Jay had them all in the living room.
"Um guys, I know we all want to take care of Mia but when she learns to talk, what is she going to call us?"
"Huh."

"I call dibs on being called dad!" Kai exclaimed.
"Hey no- I'm way more responsible than you-" Cole protested.
"As if!" Jay yelled.
"Jay- No." Nya dragged him out of the room.
"But-"
"I'm not interested in being a mom right now Jay." She explained.
"And you are my yang correct?"
He sighed.
"You can be the annoying uncle or something."
"I- Hey!" He exclaimed.

Lloyd stared at them in annoyance.
"What about Zane?" He said suddenly.
"I would have to talk to Pixal about this development. I'm not sure I would be a sufficient parent to a young child."
"D-da!" They all turned towards Mia, who was leaning on a pillow on the couch.
"MIA'S TALKING!" Kai yelled.
Pixal, Jay, and Nya rushed into the room, Master Wu followed.
"D-ddd.."
They all stared at her.
"D-da-da!"
She was reaching out towards Lloyd.
The room fell into an awkward silence.
They all stared at him.
He felt heat rising to his cheeks.
"M-me..?" He asked.
"Well congrats Lloyd you're a dad now!" Cole broke in.
"I- What!?" His face was red with embarrassment.
"Which means you are responsible for taking care of her more than us." Jay said slowly.
"Hey! We don't have to take care of a baby as much anymore." Kai muttered.
Lloyd picked her up and left the room.

"Well that was fun." Nya muttered, slightly disappointed Mia didn't say anyone's (her) name.
