Backstory : Chris grew up on Griffin Rock from the age of 3 . He always was excited to see the burns family in action and his own parents . As his mother was a combat nurse for the navy and his father worked on the mainland as a counterterrorism advisor . At 17 , Chris moved to California to study film . But dropped out after a semster due to his mother's passing . That's when Chris decided to become an EMT and soon returned to griffin rock and began to work along side the burns .

Backstory : Scout was apart the sigma , when it was attacked . She was the only one not in statis mode , with an energon eater outside . She made the choice to shut down the ship and put herself and the others in statis until they were found or a message came through . When the others discovered what she did , at first they were angry and upset but soon understood she did what she had to do to save them . She finds Chris a good partner and happy to have someone that shares her love of helping things .
