You POV:
It was silence the whole way back, its a little bit awkward but you don't think you should say something in this situation. You can't find a topic to talk about anyways, not that you would know what to say anyways. As much as the situation was dire, it felt to be a relief it was over once you got home

Giyuu just simply placed you down and walk away like nothing happens, you wanted to ask if he was okay but you find your own voice being stuck and could not say anything

You tries to forget about it since it has nothing to do with you, he was dark and brooding, his mind probably crowded with his own thoughts throughout the journey to home.

The first person to jump into your arms was Zenitsu, it was always him being the first

"Y/N you're back!! I thought i would never see you with a wedding dress in my future again" Zenitsu squealed in exciment

"Y/N are you okay? Are you hurt? Is everything alright?" Next up was Tanjiro , his voice slightly watery he was relief to see you're alright even though there might be some bruises or injuries his love will heal it all

He's never letting you go ever again.

"Y/B!! Do you have any ideas how long have it been?! I have to use Zenitsu as a punching bag replacements!!

Thats good, everything back to normal again. You were happy that all your closest friends are here, but why do you feel weird? Why do you feel like you don't wanna be here?

Days have passed, now you and your group are walking down the street and preparing for a fight for the next mission
"I don't wanna go! Come on guys Y/N just got back and she needs to rest at home!!" Zenitsu complain but he mostly talks about how you and your mental health instead of being lazy like normally he would

"We can't do anything about it Zenitsu, our job is to protect people that's why we were even doing this at the first place" Tanjiro sighed, its not like he have other choices, sure Tanjiro would love to stay at home and cuddle with you for the entire day. Still, this mission is mandatory its not like he can do anything about it
