The next day

In the castle everyone was super busy trying to get everything ready for the ball tonight.

I was sitting on my bed thinking about tonight.

"I hope tonight goes by quickly" I thought to myself.

Then I felt something rub on my side.

I looked and see Wooloo looking worried.

"Hey Wooloo" I say with a small smile.

"Baa baa" Wooloo says in concern.

"I'm fine, don't worry" I say while petting Wooloo.

"I just want tonight to be over" I say with a frown.

"Baa baa" Wooloo says while frowning.

"I know I promised my mother I would do this, but I still don't want to go through this" I say while frowning more.

"Baa baa" Wooloo says while rubbing his head on my side.

"Thanks Wooloo" I say with a small smile.

*Knock**Knock*

"Come in" I say while looking at the door.

It was Leon.

"Hey little bro, ready to see how your outfit for tonight look?" Leon asks.

"Yeah" I say while nodding a little.

"Let's go" Leon says while walking out of my room.

I followed Leon.

Meanwhile, back at Gloria's house.

Gloria pov

It was evening and I was helping my step mother and step sisters get their outfits on, putting jewelry on them, applying their makeup, made sure their shoes were clean and polished, and fixed up their hairs.

Ella wore a purple dress, Everleigh wore a yellow dress, and Shelby wore a emerald green dress.

After a while, they were finally ready and I saw their carriage outside waiting for them.

"Looks like the carriage is here" says Shelby.

"Let's go" both Ella and Everleigh say in excitement.

I was standing at the front door watching them getting ready to leave with a sad look on my face.

After Ella and Everleigh walked out, my step mother looks at me with a evil grin.

"Goodnight" says Shelby.

Then she closed the door, I watched through the window and saw their carriage leaving.

I sighed sadly.

I decided to walk into the barn and be with my pokemon friends.

I sat down on the ground with a sad look while Blackie, Randy, Gordon, and all my Pikachu friends surrounded me with sad looks on their faces.

"Oh well, like I said before their will be other balls and I can go to them" I say with tears rolling down my face.

"Baa baa" Blackie says sadly, while sitting on my lap.

Randy touched my face with his snout, trying to comfort me.

Gordon licked my face to wipe away my tears.
