Hes basically a ghost but somehow visible ig Tw: kind of gory desc.
He died after getting his arms and legs chopped off, and the hands and feet were left with the body. Therefore his ghost has no legs and just arms and feet. There's a myth that he goes around in search of people to steal feetless legs and handless arms from, but he really only does that to people he hates or idiots that deserve it.
