The next morning my alarm rang.today was the day.I should be getting my letter to see if I got the audition

Running from my bed towards my door I rushed out the door and to the mail box i quickly open it to see a letter

I open my door back up as I read it only to scream

I got it

I quickly got ready and did my morning routine before grabbing my skateboard and rushing to school Mary must've already left because none of her stuff was in the bathroom

I needed to tell mason

I rushed from my room skating to school since Tami couldn't pick me up

I know it's against the rules but I skated through the hallway until I could find mason

He was turning the corner when I crashed into him

"Mason!"

"Hey woah slow down babe,you know you're in the hallway "

"Ok but guess who has an audition with the Manhattan academy of performing arts,me that's who."

"About time they finally realized how talented you are congratulations"he said picking me up into the hair as he hugged me before placing me back onto the ground

"So you want me to give you any tips,not that you need them"he offered holding my hand as we walked down the hall

"I might be into that"I teased

"You might be into that"he walked closer leaning in but the bell rang

"Meet me tomorrow"I walked away from him worried about being late for trigonometry

"Wow so your just gonna leave me high and dry"he shouted after me joking

"I know you're smiling"he yelled again as I sped up walking before Turning around blowing him a kiss which he caught

I was indeed smiling

Mason and I pulled up to my house as Dominique pulled away in her car

"Well there goes the evil queen" I joked

"Maybe she took her magic mirror,you're off the hook for the weekend"

"Yeah"

I tried geetkng out of the car but as soon as I open the door it was shut

"What"

"A woman shouldn't have to open her own door"

He opened the door for me as I got out and shut it behind me. I walked over to my door to see a list of chores for me to do. I'm going to assume Mary is doing hers as I think

"You've gotta be kidding me she's driving me nuts "

"What is it"

He took the list from the door only to reveal a list that's taller than him

"Ok wow um paint the pool pink,regrout the tile,vacuum the driveway this is crazy "he read off

"Well it's chores from Dominique and if I don't do them she'll have my head so uh maybe another time"

I took the list from his hand only for him to snatch them back and walk closer to me

"Or you could do your work while you do her work"

He leaned in sending a quick peck to my lips before leading me into the house

I began to vacuum the carpet in the living room
