--Y/n's Pov--
I opened my eyes slowly and saw a male's figure sitting next to my bed,hands covering his eyes
"L-Law?" I spoke,throat felt dried
quickly uncovering his eyes,he responded "Y/n-ya"
"What happened?" I asked,removing my IV drip
"Don't worry about it,you're safe now" he simply responded while he came towards me and gave me a gentle hug
"O-Okey...?" I hugged him back "Thank you for saving me,my knight" I teased him as I chuckled
He chuckled out of how cringe that sounded and asked me "How are you feeling?"
"I'm not quite sure" I said tightening my arms around his torso as I pushed my face in his chest
he patted my head, slowly going through my hairs with his hand "It'll get better"
I looked at myself,saw myself covered in bandages
"wait a minute,did you operate on me?" I asked
"Yeah,you were severely wounded" he said
"My body feels heavy,but I'm not sure what's the reason" I said confused
"it's been 1 week since you were unconscious,it's normal"
my eyes widened as I pulled out of the hug and looked him in the eyes "ONE WEEK?"
"Yes" he stared back,holding my hands in his
"Jesus christ,what exactly happened?"
Law started explaining everything,detail by detail
"So you...killed a celestial...DRAGON?" I muttered
"well,yes" he said without feeling any regrets
"OH MY GOD LAW THEY'RE GONNA COME AFTER YOU!"
"They wont"
"HO COME YOU'RE SO CONFIDENT?"
"that island is wiped out of existence,no way they can find any clue about how,why and when did that bastard went missing" law explained
my eyes widened "t-the whole island...? HOW FREAKING STRONG ARE YOU LAW?" said panicked
"well" he only said that
"I hope nothing goes wrong,I'm honestly tired of being chased for the rest of my life" slowly putting my hand on his cheek "And most importantly,your well being is far more important to me" I smiled
I could see a weak tint of blush on his cheeks,I found it so cute how he reacted to affection sometimes
he put his hand on mine which was on his face "Thank you Y/n-ya,you're always sacrificing yourself for me,and this crew,I really don't know how to thank you"
"No,don't say such things, you'd do the same if you were in my place right?"
he nodded simply
"Then,you know how I feel" I said
"but still..."
"Just don't take it too hard"
just as they were talking,the trio burst into the room
"Y/N-CHAN!" Yelled pinguin
"Oh hi guys" I waved them
"THANK GOODNESS YOU'RE OKAY! I WAS SO WORRIED" Shachi exclaimed
I laughed out of nervousness
"Yeah Y/n-chan, I'm really glad your okay...I'm sorry" Bepo gloomingly said
"bepo-channnnnnnnn" her eyes shone with light and stars in it as she jumped out of her bed to hug the polar bear
Law smiled at the sight
"Thank you everyone,it means a lot" I said
the two men blushed and rubbed the back of their heads,while bepo was just standing there for me to hug him
"alright everyone Y/n-ya needs her rest" Law spoke with a harsh tone
"but we just got here--" penguin said
"Captain's orders" Law said ,his tone harsher than before
"YES SIR" they ran out of the room
"Y/n-chan I gotta go too,I'm sorry" Bepo said as he left the room
I smiled at them and started walking back to the bed where Law was sitting
I sat down next to him,putting my head on his shoulder "Are you jealous?" I asked
"I'm not"
"hmmmm~?"
"I'M NOT" he rose his tone,slightly blushed
"Sure,whatever you say Tra-ya" I teased
he circled his hands around me and lay down on the bed,pulling me towards himself to lay down on him
my face blushed,I looked at his grey eyes ,quite mesmerized.
"w-what's that for" I stuttered
"You've been bullying me quite a lot,time for a pay back" he smirked
"Y-YOU!!!" I smacked his chest as he pulled me in for a kiss,gently putting his lips on mine
he released my lips from his,whispering in my ears "I missed you,Y/n-ya"
my face turned into thousands of red shades
putting my hands on his bare chest,to give myself an anchor for balance (A/N : bare chest cause his buttons are always unbuttoned in every outfit,you know what I mean right)
"I missed you too" I smiled at him
feeling his hand on my face,caressing my skin I leaned closer and gave him a small kiss on his cheeks
he smiled,holding me in his arms,I gave him another kiss on his other cheek,and started giving him small kisses on different part of his face
he chuckled lightly
"I missed this face of yours dummy" I said while holding his face in my hands
he grabbed my chin with his right hand,raising his head,he gave me a small kiss on the tip of my nose
"You're making me dangerous Y/n-ya" he smirked
"I don't mind you being dangerous" she stated boldly
"oh?" his smirk intensified
He took out his hat and put it on my face as he started sitting on the bed again
"You need some rest,I'll be going for now" he said,standing up
I grabbed his wrist,fixing the hat on my face to be able to see him (A/n : the hat was half on your face and half on your head,making a small space to be able to see from)
he didn't look at me but I could see his ears were red as tomato
"anything you want?" he asked
"n-n-no thank you" finally realizing the situation,I let go of him
"well then,I'll see you later" and he walked out
I took his hat from my face,hugging it tightly as I lay down on the bed again,covring myself with some blanket
"smells like law" I chuckled as I was smelling his hat "He's so cute I swear to God,but he'd probably say "I'M NOT CUTE" If I tell him that" I laughed while imitating his voice
eyes feeling heavy,I closed them to take some rest
