Ruby Addams, twin sister of Wednesday Addams, was the white sheep in a family of black sheep. She was the only one after her grandmother to have the Presley family features, and that set her apart from the rest of them. Her red hair and sparkling gr...

"Xavier!" The officers stopped, and Xavier looked to his girl running over with their friends. When she reached him, she burst into tears, "What's going on? Why are you being arrested?"
The deputy holding him was the same one that tried to force her away from her father, "He's a murderer, seems like you have a lot of those around you."
Ruby's face contorted into the most Addams' like look, and she warned her to stay out of her business, and worry about the fact that they keep arresting innocent people for murder. She turned back to Xavier and he told her about how Wednesday thinks he did everything, but he didn't get to finish explaining to his friends because the deputies and sheriff took him into the station.
They didn't let anyone speak to him until the next morning, but that didn't stop the friends from sitting in the station to wait. Any time a deputy, or even the sheriff himself, tried to bring them back to the school, Ruby put up a barrier, stopping them from being able to even get close enough to them to force them away. Once morning came, each of the teenagers got to go talk to Xavier separately.
Ruby was first, she instantly ran up to the bars. He moved forward and grabbed her hand. His free hand went to her face to wipe her tears. "I'm so sorry, I can't believe she did this to you, we both know you're innocent, we all do. Gosh, I hate her."
He got her to calm down, and then explained everything to her. While they spoke, the rest of the friends gave official statements, they all explained how they were with Xavier at the time of most of the murders, and if they weren't, Ruby was. There's no way it could have been him.
Xavier finally couldn't stand it, he leaned forward and kissed Ruby, if he was going to be stuck in a cell, and possibly go to some remote prison where they would never let anyone see him, he was going to make the most out of the time he had with Ruby. "Be my girlfriend, I don't care if I go to jail as an innocent, I just want you to be mine. You mean so much to me already, and I would love it if you were my girlfriend."
Despite the tears still flowing down her eyes, Ruby's face lit up, and she had a bright smile. "Ask me again when you're free. You will be, I promise. And when you are, I'll say yes."
She pulled him in for a long kiss, and then went out to give her statements and allow their friends to see him too.
She couldn't stop the tears, even after the group finally made their way back to the school.
The moment they stopped was when she saw Wednesday.
She morphed from crying and heartbroken to angry and fuming in a mere second. She harshly wiped the tears from her face, and marched over to her sister, who was facing away from her. She forcefully turned Wednesday to face her, the older girl had a still and emotionless face, but Ruby could tell she was surprised by the slight lift in her eyebrows. Enid, who Wednesday was talking to, tried to stop Ruby. She had flicked out her claws when she saw how angry Ruby was, she reached her hand over near Ruby, and was stopped by the powerful witch. Ruby looked at Enid, and the look alone made her whimper and step back.
"I can't believe you, you backstabbing bitch! You're evil, and hollow-hearted! Was solving this case so important that you had to get an innocent guy arrested? Everyone knows he's innocent! God! I hate you! I can't believe I'm even related to such and emotionally stunted, sinister brat who can't think of others for even a moment in her life! All you ever do is ruin my life, and I've stood by you for sixteen years! I'm done! You've made an enemy out of your most loyal supporter, Wednesday. Remember what we learned when we were younger because you're gonna have to watch your damn back." Ruby turned on her heel and walked off. She made it to her room, locked the door and sobbed uncontrollably.
All that ran through her brain was that she just could not believe it.
A few days after stayed holed up in her room, Ruby finally showed herself. Her eyes were no longer the normal shining green, but rather a dull, almost grey color. Her hair was flat and had lost all shine, it even looked like it went a few shades away from the regular ginger. She had large dark circles that even her magic didn't hide.
The only reason she even left her dorm was because Bianca and Divina told her they found the real hyde and were going to make sure he went to jail, and Xavier would be free.
What she didn't know was that You-Know-Who was there, and she couldn't help, but think that Ajax was right when he said she was worse than Voldemort.
Due to lack of sleep, and her fragile emotional state, Ruby cackled when she found out that the hyde was Tyler. She laughed right in her sister's face. "So you got my guy locked up, but the real one who did it was your guy! How ironic," her voice slowly slipped from a laughing tone to a dull, emotionless one.
It was scarily like Wednesday, to the point where her friends got more worried than they actually were.
She had no problem in kidnapping Tyler and bringing him to Xavier's shed, at least not until she entered and saw the couple of paintings and drawings of her. It made her tear up. She moved around looking at the art before deciding she needed to leave, which was when her friends had also decided to leave because they weren't okay with Wednesday's choice of torturing Tyler.
They went to Principal Weems' office and told her everything while Ruby just stood silently, looking down at a drawing she had taken with her from the studio.
She split from her friends, she couldn't handle this. It seemed crazy for her to be acting this way, she had only known the guy for a little over a month, but they had never met anyone like each other. They connected on the most rare of levels, they were perfect for each other, and were already in love. They had something special, a once in a generation type of thing.
It wouldn't stop hurting until he was out, and if he never got out, she would be alone, and she wouldn't care, he was her perfect half, he held a part of her heart, he was her soulmate.
