Rule number one

There goes my resolution

I slowly wake up my eyes adjusting to the light, a see the sleeping figure next to me, Haley, no Hazel
Thats it, I honestly loose track at this point, I cautiously shimmy out of the bed and make my way over to the door to exit, I need to get back to my common room, before I encounter issues. As I open the door I am faced with none other then Derrick kree aka this girls boyfriend by the way he was staring daggers at the fresh hickies on my neck as I stand in the doorway of his girls room.

"Soz dude nothing personal, I simply fulfilled her needs" I announce dashing out the room

"Why you little" he runs after me but I speed my way out of the griffindor common room and down to the dungeons.

Second day of the new year and thats number one on the list of people I have slept with. By now I was labelled the school player, playing with anyone's feelings, but there was one girl that I  truly did like pansy parkinson, also one of my only friends in this place, fun fact you truly start to lose friends when you supposedly play with peoples hearts I mean how was I supposed to know that they would go ahead and catch feeling for me, pansy was so different she saw me for me, I know it's cliche to say I'm in love with my best friend but I was, but she didn't see me like that she knew I wasn't committed person, so why would she see it as being different when it came to her.

"So let me get this straight you, on the second day we got here slept with Katie bell"
"that would correct Draco yes"
"And her boyfriend saw you and chased you out"
"Yes Pansy"
"Katie bell as in the girl best friends with cho change she really popular all of a sud-"
"Okay I get it goyle, I have already made a bad impression this year"
"Classic Blaise" Draco says out loud causing the group to snicker. You scoff at them storming out the hall, great start to the year you huff as you reach to doors to exit the hall just then a body collides into yours you both go crashing to the ground, you look up to the girl annoyed, there before you who is desperately trying to pick up her things is Hermoine granger.

"Well if it isn't little miss bookwork herself" I smirk.
"Shouldn't there be someone you should be making cry right now" she responds
"Oh granger you wound me" I saying pretending as if I got stabbed in the chest.
Something in the bushy haired girls mind seemed to click and she quickly scans around the floor with urgency.

"I believe you are looking for this granger" I say presenting a folded up piece of paper at my fingertips.
Hermione stretched over to try and grab it but I quickly dodged, nuh uh, lets see what this is all about then shall we
"Wait wait n-

But it was too late
Holy shit this was a love confession and too Ronald Weasley of all people.
"Ron there is no easy way to say this but I like you I like ho-" I began reading the note but Hermione managed to snatch it out of my hand and placing it
Quickly into the pocket of her robe.
"So the Weasley I see, you know there are better ways then to cornily spew your feeling out onto paper and then give it to him" I say with a little grin,
How has Hermione of all people decided that would of been the best option.

"And you honestly believe I would take advice from you, when you can't even keep a relationship for more then a week" she firms looking right at me.
For someone so hot she was a real ass
"Alright harsh" I say with a monotone voice.

"Hey you two we need you in the great hall for an announcement now run along" Miss Mgonagal states ushering us back inside.
"Well see you around granger and good luck with the ginger" you say as u whisper the last part.
Her face flushes and she ignores you to sit down with Ron and Harry who are stuffing there face's especially the Weasley.

"Look who has come back" Draco says smugly to get on my nerves.
"Shut it Malfoy" is all I say taking a seat at the table
"Can I have your attention students Dumbledoors voice booms throughout the all, making everyone turn to see what he has to say.
"Right students I have an announcement this year, this home will not only be urs but it will be home to some very special guests"
"Hogwarts this year has been chosen to host a legendary event, the triwizard tournament"
After Dumbledore saying that I can here mumbling around me
"For those of you who don't know what this is, it brings together three schools for a series of magical contests, a single student from each school is selected to take part, now please join me in welcoming our, guests, first the lovely ladies of the beauxbatons academy

The door of the great hall open and in gracefully walls I group of girls dressed in blue, my throat went dry looking at them, as the sashayed down the line, I managed to make eye account with a brunette girl, I winked at her and she shyly smiled before continuing, I know where I'm going to go after this.
"Fays a goner" Draco says to the group, instead of walking off like last time I turn my head to face Draco and nod my head eagerly.
Pansy shakes her head at me continuing to pay attention to whats happening.
I guess my resolutions are going to wait until next year.
