The Babysitter

I was on my way to the family I was babysitting

When I arrived the mother welcomed me sweetly and welcomed me inside
*Is sweetly a word?*

The father was getting ready to go out.
He intruduced me to the kids I was going to be babysitting for a while.

Their names were eve and ava.
Yes they were twins but I was fine with that

After the parents left I went over to the couch to sit with the two girls

"hello!" I spoke hoping for an answer.

No response

"we are hungry. Please cook us something" the black haired eve said in a warm tone

I agreed and asked them what they wanted to eat

"Mashed potatoes"
"Mashed potatoes"
The two girls said at the same time.

I agreed and made them the mashed potatoes that they wanted.

After they ate and drank their water I had put up for them they went up to their room to play

A few hours later it was their bedtime.

"girls time for bed!" I yelled out

After tucking in eve I went over to avas bed I tucked her in and said goodnight.

But before I closed their bedroom door ava yelled out:"WAIT! There's monsters in out closet!"

I checked the closet and saw the same girls inside.

My eyes were wide open.

"T-Theres two monsters pretending to be us!" ava yelled.

I looked back at the beds and back at the girls

There was no one in the bed.

I looked back behind me because I heard something and-
