I was on a walk, when I saw Wednesday, she was soaked from the rain, I was not though, I had an umbrella
"Wednesday, what are you doing?" I asked her "Following the monster "
"Wait, you see it too? I'm not going insane thank fuck" I say smiling at knowing I'm not the only one who can see it
"Wait, Y/n what are you doing here?" She asked "I come here, this is where the cops buried my parents" I explained and she nods
"Why not in a graveyard?" She asked
"My parents weren't religious" I explained
"Right.. I learnt that the monster is human" Wednesday said and she continued "its tracks turned from monster prints to human ones.
Right the- wait what... I swear it was right here" she said in disbelief
"Wednesday its ok, I believe you, I seen the monster, but didn't see the footprints, if you want we can work together, when I don't have things to do or tutoring lesson
with Ms. Thornhill " I say and she looks at me "Tutoring?"
"Yeah, I'm not very good at her lesson so" I explain and she looks at me and nods
"I'll take you up on your offer, for only when I need backup" Wednesday said and I smile "Perfect" I reply as we walk off under my umbrella
"I'm just gonna.." Wednesday trails off, taking the umbrella from me as so she has more head space
We then walk all the way back to school in somewhat silence
