Zinna had trouble with keeping her magic aflow to keep the bits of houses up, she mixed some ingredients in the cauldron. Her tail still and eyes narrowed, focused and uneased.
She had been starving herself recently after halloween, having nightmares; horrible ones, her hair messy and knotted; eyes dark and falling.

That was probably the reason of the flow of magic, bits of the magic randomly dropped then reformed, she was focused on her potions and spells then caring of herself. She couldn't sleep if she wished, even spells wouldn't stop the horrid nightmares she had been having, some were of Ath dying under her care, her sister and brother being burned and tortured, then; her, following in her father's footsteps, the world aflame and destroyed. She shuttered thinking about it, she was uneased and nervous; her body didnt have the energy to do anything but tremble.
"ß&ıþ!" Zinna cursed in witch, throwing the book of spells onto the fading magic, it fluttered open and floated weakly; flickering through the pages and landed on a page of a curse.

She eyed the page, the spell required the blood of a blood elf- which, were extinct. Feathers of a quill and raven, The last ingredient of a serpent's heart. Zinna hissed and slammed the book shut, flinging it onto the counter. She sighed and fiddled with her hair, she wished- no, needed to find a spell or potion to help her somehow, she needed to go with her plan. Her memories kept disappearing and reappearing, it caused a headache each time which wasnt helping, her mind replayed when she nearly killed Darla in the crater of her own hatred. Barren tried calming her down, Ivan struggling to break from his father's grip and she stood there; watching, then the memories snapped back. She hated herself for being so weak back at the fight, each fight. The said one, and the one with Valinn; she was so selfish to think she could take her herself, the zapper bitch.

Zinna sighed and took a sip of some water nearby, the cauldron bubbled with the grey-red liquid. She shook her head and returned to work. She used some more magic to incase the room with darkness, needing to focus.

Darla hummed, fiddling in the new kitchen of the home. She flipped some pancakes, her grey coloring somehow seemed brighter. She clicked her tongue and continued to cook, boxes in every corner mostly, they still needed to unpack. Kitsune walked over and kissed Darla'd cheek.
"Breakfast, I see Love?" Kitsune asked, Darla scoffed in response.
"Were moving into this better house, just seems right." Darla replied.
"George is crying over the bigger room for his books, Evan complained about redoing his mine."
Darla snorted, smiling; for once in a lifetime. She flipped a pancake up and smacked it into Kitsune's face.
"Love! The blazing hell?!" Kitsune snarled, munching on the pancake.
"Atleast it's good." Darla scoffed.
"Not as good as you, Darling." Kitsune replied.
"Mhm, well see about that later. Go wake up the kids please."

Darla hummed, she couldn't eat as she was a spirit so she just watched the others, for once Evan was out of his mine. Darla smiled at her family, George and Evan were already older then before and taller. She paused as she felt the unpleasant presence again, quietly growling and her expression changing.
"Zinna has been.. distant. Anything happen to her?" Darla grumbled.
"Not that I know of. What, you worried about herrr?" Kitsune teased, Darla narrowed her eyes and growled.
George and Evan both chuckled, Zinna wasnt the one to care much about her siblings- well expression it atleast.

Ivan smiled and brushed out Alexin's hair, Alexin whined as Barren was in the kitchen as usual. "The moon is bright and the stars shine.. Tell me what do you see in the night?~" Ivan sang, he was once without worry of his father, finally calm and stable. He hugged Alexin slightly with his wings, feathers fell. "Dad, enough with that lullaby.." He grumbled.
"I sing it to you all the time at bedtime! Why is it different now?"
"Cause I'm 5 now, I ain't 'ish baby!"
"Your still our babyy." Ivan put down the brush and hugged Alexin, he hissed and kicked. Barren looked over and laughed. "You little buttsnack!" Ivan chuckled and tickled Alexin who snorted. "Buttsnack? That's a new one, I thought knucklehead was better." Barren noted.
"Dads a knucklehead!"
"What! How dare you Alexi!"
"Its tr-uuee!" He giggled.
"Is not!"
"Is true!"
"Ish'nt not!"
"Dear, your accent." Barren said.
"You are the buttsnack and knucklehead, and a baby!"
"Nooot trueee!" Alexin whined.
Ivan snickered and slapped Alexin with a wing, he wheezed and giggled.
"Baby knucklehead."
Barren smiled, putting up the utensils and plopping the few plates of food on the bar, Alexin scrambled up the sit and munched on the food. Ivan fixed his hair before walking over to Barren and kissing her, then to the food.
