Named after Charles Beckendorf, you can find this cafe within the Aegean Sea. Its infamous amongst the sea-dwellers and a place of neutrality so that no matter whom you claim your allegiance to... you're safe so long as you're on the property.
The cafe accommodates all guests no matter the region you're from and offers refreshments from each side of the ocean. Famed for its kelp jerky and sea-weed burgers, it's the best place to visit.
(And if you're really lucky, you may be able to catch Aphros' famous brownies.)
Princes Lindos, Kerkaphos, Makar, and Aktis can be found around the cafe also for downtime.
