☟ The sun filtered through the windows of the main room, shining brightly on the buzzing kids getting breakfast from the table.
Yasmina had woken up a little earlier than Camille and snuck off back to her room where she rested before everybody was awake and ready for the day, crowding in the main room to get breakfast in their grumbling stomachs.
Camille lifted the glass cup to her lips as Brooklynn slid beside her, "How'd you sleep last night with an extra person in bed hm?" The pink haired girl hummed,
Camille's water got caught in her throat as it erupted back out in tow the glass, "E-Excuse me?" Camille quietly coughed as she gazed around at the others still minding their own business.
"Saw Yaz coming out your room this morning-" Brooklynn slyly smirked as Camille's cheeks grew warm. "I didn't want to be alone..." Camille grumbled as she elbowed Brooklynn lightly,
"Sure sure-" Brooklynn quietly laughed before both girls navigated toward the table, joining Darius in looking over the foods available.
"The sun is shining, no dinosaurs are chasing us, and most importantly, breakfast is served." Sammy joyfully came over towards the breakfast-filled table as Yasmina was picking food off the table,
"Feels weird to have nothing to worry about for once," Yasmina smiled calmly as on the other side of the table, Brooklynn, Darius and Camille stood,
"Yeah, definitely. I, myself, am very relaxed." Darius grinned with furrowed brows, a hand on his chest,
"Oh, same. I'm, like..." Brooklynn chuckled, "...Chill" Her words lingered for over a second as her voice went robotic,
"Feeling great guys," Camille plainly said with a gentle smile as Yasmina eyed Camille in the middle before glancing back to Sammy who had a concerned look plastered on her face as the two girls turned and walk off, the three at the table all dropped their smiles.
"You're both not though, right?" Darius eyed the two girls who shook their heads before Darius sighed, "I wanna trust Kenji's dad and your dad Camille, I, I really do, but..."
