Jasmine's POV:

I was at the absolute limit of my powers. I was constantly attacking and swinging, my sword and its flames working in tandem to repel the triangular demon but it didn't take anyone wise to figure out that I couldn't keep it up for much longer. 'This is the end unless a miracle happens.'

No one could help, Ford and the rest were trapped, they were all devoid of any weapons thanks to that idiot, who was still trapped up there. 'How could he of all people get tricked by Bill?'

"Enough!" Bill bellowed, making me float upwards and closer to him, preparing to grab me and probably kill me until I hear a 'boom' reminiscent of a volcanic eruption, the detonation of a bomb.

"What was that?" I ask in feigned anxiety but I already knew who it was, he had somehow managed to come through.

A scintillating purple glow flooded the room, a glow so bright I had to shut my eyes and I assumed Bill had to as well as he dropped me.

I ignore the pain shooting up my sides as I landed on the ground, getting up and preparing to battle him again.

"CIPHER!" A yell rang out from the entrance of the Fearamid.

"Chosen One!" Bill roared. The glow finally relented and when my eyes finally opened, I saw him standing beside me.

"You're late," I grumbled.

"Sorry about that," he flashed a sheepish smile. "Ready to destroy Bill together?"

"Am I?" I unsheath my sword, my demonic form superseding my regular outfit. "Let's do this."

Magnus' POV:

Bill had by now recovered from the earlier incident, his eyebrows furrowing and his figure enlarging. "YOU THINK YOU CAN DESTROY ME?"

He creates an impenetrable wall of blue flames between him and us in one swift sweeping motion with his hand, flames launch toward where we were, ravaging the ground in our immediate proximity.

"Jasmine, I need your flames!" I yell and Jasmine directs her sword at the flames, creating a protective barrier of our own with her viridescent flames.

"A little help here!" Jasmine shouted irritatedly as just a few seconds after they were formed, the viridescent flames began to be overrun and overpowered, the blue flames devouring them in a trice like famished children.

I draw energy from the Axolotl, directing it to the flames to keep it alive and ablaze. The fire slowly grew stronger and more alive, the flames reborn and resuscitated with a distinct purple glow. The blue flames slowly began to die down, the purple flames overwhelming them despite Bill's best efforts to keep them going.

"Push the flames to him!" I order, and Jasmine does exactly that, the flames leaping up and zooming towards him like a cheetah going after its prey.

Bill notices this and shrinks in size, casting his hands outwards and suddenly, the flames slowly began transforming into what looked like a swarm of red creatures, buzzing and thirsting for food.

"EAT THEM!" Bill ordered and off they went, buzzing and travelling towards us at lightning speed in one accord.

I let my thoughts drift around the two of us, creating a forcefield to hold off the incoming horde of, whatever those horrid and vile creatures were supposed to be.

I grunted a little as those stupid things would just never stop attacking and gnawing at my shield like ravenous locusts, slowly whittling down the forcefield that stood.

I sneaked a glance at Bill, who was looking rather satisfied with himself as he began aiming his finger toward the forcefield, a beam already beginning to form at the tip of his fingers. 'Oh no.'
