Power Simple Description: This allows for Manipulation Oxygen, a very versatile quirk that allows for a number of things.

Power Description: This similar quirk to something like the quirk Whirlwind in MHA but allows for Oxygen control. It's telekinetic control of oxygen, It's very powerful and is only deserving of a main character to use it and figure out the capabilities.

Usage: Oxygen control, Oxygen density control, Flight, Air resistance removal, Wind Enchanced strikes, Wind blasts, Blood Doping, Sound Enchancement (The used can control the medium and allow for more efficient Sound production), Sound nullification (same logic as sound enchancement but you stop sound waves traveling using something like a vacuum), Electromagnetic Wave Speed Slowing (The user can slow down electromagnetic waves like radio, microwaves, thermal, light, Ultraviolet, and radiation), vacuum creation, vacuum manipulation, Oxygen constructs, Flame nullification, Electricity nullification (To a point where its not lightning strikes), Razor Oxygen, and Rust/erosion Manipulation/Creation

Weaknesses:
°The user has a particular vulnerability to other users of Wind or just Gas control as they could be uses to equalize the users attacks
°The user is particularly vulnerable to ice due to vulnerability to cold temperatures and not a direct counter to ice control or production
°The User Needs oxygen as a source. If you have something that can pull that away, then the user is vulnerable
°Electricity Nullification only works below the level of actual Plasma
