A. Girl - What happened girl. Why you are looking so confused
Girl look at another girl who was looking at her with a cute smile.
Girl- Actually I come in BUREAU for treatment but it's not looking like it's a clinic

A. Girl- BUREAU is most famous clinic then obviously it'll be different than others.
Girl- But why?
A. Girl- Because according to the own BUREAU is for mental patients. And if they come in a clinic which will give a patient type feelings then his recover will be late. On the other hand if this clinic will give them a home type feelings then their recover will be soon. So that why

Jan- oh come on girl don't need of this formality. You can simply call me Jannat.

Jan- Actually it doctor Sidharth Nigam. He is the lead doctor and also owner of BUREAU.

Jan- As far my experience he must be in basketball ground which is behind this clinic or you can say mansion. 😁😁😁
Avu look shockingly at Jan when she said mansion. Because she also said this clinic mansion a little time before only. One unknown emotion can seen in avu's eyes which was noticed by Jan.

Avneet just smile back and went to meet Sid.
When she reach basketball ground he saw some girls and boys are playing basketball. She saw a boy is leading. She can't see his face but when she saw him, she get lost in him. Tall, handsome and specially his smile, he was exactly looking like a hero of Bollywood movies. And suddenly she heard people shouting "yes, yes boll ooohhhooo." She comes back to sense. The leading boy start to come near avu. And asked

L. Boy smile and said, "hello miss.Nanda I'm doctor Sidharth Nigam."
Sid give his hand to shake with a smile. First avu look at his hand it take some times to give her hands also to hand shake. Don't know why but they both feel a strange connection.
Sid- ok then come to my office we will talk there.
Avu- ok
They reach in Sid's office which is decorated beautifully.
Sid- I know it'll be paining but can you please share why are you mentally distrub.
Avu don't know why but she feels like to tell everything to him. Don't know why but she was feeling a weird yet good aura from him. So she decided to told him everything.
Avu- actually I lose my mother in very young age. From that time I only had my father and

Avu- and my childhood bestie kurpa. She was my neighbor. Both of our family was in really good term. One day both of our family was going on holiday. Suddenly a truck hit our car. My mom and kurpa's parents died that moment only. But before dieing kurpa's mom take promise from my dad that he'll take care of kurpa. From that day she started to live with us only. Dad used to be in abroad for his business. So he doesn't able to give much time to us. But I don't get sad for this because he was doing this for us only. So from young age kurpa was my world. Avu- she had cancer. She didn't share this with anyone. 4 months ago her condition start to get bad and more bad. And then only we get to know about it. But nothing was in our hand that time. 1 month ago she di.. did... die...died.
