"Alright guys, let's get back to it." Shawn calls from the main room.

We've started filming at the Creel House which is honestly really creepy. The crew funded for a few hotel rooms for the cast which I'm really excited for. I pretty much slept in my trailer a lot, which I didn't mind because it wasn't much sleep anyways.

I've been fitting in some writing during each break. Drew wants me to write at least an EP with no deadline for now. I already have a few songs in mind to put into it, one of them being Overkill. I want at least 5-6 tracks on it and right now I'm only positive on one. I'm glad I'm not pressured to get it out at a certain time for now, but I don't really have much time throughout the day to get anything done with it.

"We'll start back up from pulling up to the house." Shawn directed us to our positions and we all gathered into the car.

"You smell." Gaten teases Caleb as we get settled into the seats. I laugh under my breath and continue watching for our cue. Sadie and I sit next to each other in the very back.

She's been pretty quiet since I've first met her. I see her from a distance being outgoing around the rest of the crew, mainly the other kids. I've heard some things about her liking to sing, so maybe that can be my first approach to talking to her.

The scene starts and we go along with our dialogue. This is what I've always loved about the art of acting, exploring new places in a show or movie. I feel like it gives me a really good opportunity to see my skills come out since we've already seen the entirety of the house. A few takes were shot but overall it was really fun rather than challenging.

Shawn directs us back to the outside of the house and we all stand together waiting for cue. As we stand and wait, everyone carries conversations between each other.

"Hey," I get Sadie's attention successfully, "I heard you like to sing, do you like writing music, too?"

She perks up a little which excites me. This is already the longest conversation we've had in the past few months.

"I do, but I'm not really that good at it. I really like your song by the way. Pretty much everyone has had it on repeat." She smiles throughout her words, making me smile too.

"Maybe you can swing by where I'm staying and I can show you some things, if you're up for it." She smiles wider.

"Yeah, that would be awesome." As soon as she responds, Shawn is counting down for action. We get into character and start the scene over.

We finished everything we needed to film for the Creel house for now. Tomorrow we come back to go over some more things and make changes to whatever Shawn wants to change. For not working with any directors, I think Shawn is amazing at his job.

I decide to travel back by myself to get some work done. Nothing has really sparked any creativity which frustrates me. It's only been 48 hours since I was told about the EP so I know there's not a lot of pressure. I'm just glad Drew is allowing me to work at my own pace, considering I have an insane schedule. During the ride, I decided on creating a pattern for the project which is a small glimpse into my journey. I start off with a song a wrote a while ago, TV, showing one of the worst places I've been in. Overkill coming next, showcasing the thoughts in my head about everything that's happened so far. I also want to use My Future for the closing song because I think it fits well. I don't have everything figured out yet, so I can't close with a song about that, but I am excited to see what's to come so I think that's the perfect fit. I just need one more solid song and maybe I can add a little filler like an introduction of some sort.

I finally get back to my trailer, Brenda is waiting for me there to take all my makeup off. I always feel so icky after filming recently because all the makeup I wear makes me look dirty.
