"Drinking cold water feels like the greatest luxury on earth. The ice falls against the glass, my fingers sliding on the condensation before my fingers regain their grip. I feel the chill run down my esophagus and my head makes an involuntary shake. A numbness creeps into my brain the way it did when I was a kid drinking too much slurpee too fast. It's the reverse of the winter time, when all I want is the feel the heat of good coffee come through a thick clay mug. When the glass is drained I take the ice between my molars and bite hard, feeling it melt into cold pools on my palate." - walter white. 🪦💀💔

Drinking water comes from surface and ground sources and is treated to levels that that meet state and federal standards for consumption. Water from natural sources is treated for microorganisms, bacteria, toxic chemicals, viruses and fecal matter.

anyways onto drinking water 😁
1: walk into your kitchen
2:pick up a clean glass from your cabinet/drawer ect.
3:walk over to your sink or fridge.
4:if you are using a tap, turn it on and put your glass under the hose.
5:if you are using a filter jug/filtered water dispenser, (for the jug) pour your water carefully and slowly into your glass, not filling it too high.
if you are using a water dispenser, simply hold your glass under the little tap and push the board at the back. Fill the glass until satisfied.
6: now you have a delicious, cold and refreshing drink.
7: place the glass onto your bottom lip (if u have one💀) and open your upper lip slightly, allowing water to travel into your mouth.
8:swallow.

Sipping water a little bit at a time prevents the kidneys from being "overloaded," and so helps the body retain more H2O. Drinking water before or during a meal or snack is another good way to hydrate.
