I stood before my boss, the Archangel Michael, and spoke, pleading with him to see reason.
"We don't have to slaughter them to hinder overpopulation! We can rehabilitate the demons—"
"HAH! Rehabilitate? Impossible. Get out of my sight and do your job."
Claude, wherever you are, I hope it's not hell.
Why do we have to kill demons to prevent overpopulation in hell? It doesn't make sense. Sure they're not innocent, but they deserve a second chance.
I began to walk away, but Michael called me back to him.
"Clara, one more thing. I need you to slay a specific demon that has been causing in trouble for the Lord."
"Alright. What is his name?"
"The other demons in hell call him 'Savior.'" He says. He then laughs. "There is only one true savior."
"Okay."
