"To be honest I didn't think you'd be there that day and for that I apologize, for today this is where we part but don't worry someday I'll come and claim you as my bride" Sosuke said grinning "...I see, I'll advice you to leave if you want to live! She said zooming with her released Zanpakuto "ah, she's fast" Gin said surprised as he rose towards the hole in the sky "I am the captain of squad 14, the daughter of Princess Baruma the granddaughter of the soul king and head captain! I am a God" She announced cutting through the barrier.

"It's supposed to be impossible to break through the barrier" Jushiro said shocked "you've got him lady Kimiko just kill him!" Inohime cheered as Kimiko stared up at Aizen "sorry I can't...I can't kill my best friend, I can't, I'm sorry" Kimiko said letting her sword go "it's alright child, I didn't expect you to do such thing" the head captain said walking up to her "grandfather" she said hugging him "did she just say Grandfather?" Nanao said "yes, her full name is Kimiko Shigekuni Yamamoto and she's the granddaughter of the head captain, funny right they look nothing alike" Shunsui said using his hat to cover his eyes before hearing coughing from behind him.

"Ichigo!" Kimiko said running to his side "don't worry Kimiko I've got this" Orihime said performing her healing powers "is it truly my fault your like this? If so I'm truly sorry Isshin, Masaki" she said bowing before ichigo "Rukia Kuchiki, Kimiko come here captain Kuchiki wants you by his side" Unohana called "I can't leave his side" she said staring at Ichigo "Kimiko" Unohana said sternly "I-I'm coming" she said running towards his side as he finished explaining his backstory to Rukia.

"Kimiko I'm sorry for what I said and did all those years ago" byakuya said holding his hand for her "you shouldn't apologize to me, you did what you thought was best all that has nothing to do with me, you just get better worry about yourself your injuries seem severe so stop talking and just heal" she said before standing up "sigh, even after all this time she still doesn't forgive me" byakuya said dropping his hand.

Few days later

"So much work, I just came to the soul society few days ago and I'm forced to work my ass off" Kimiko complained as she stamped some papers "it's what you get for leaving this place for me my lady" Inohime said as Hanabi walked in with a cup of tea "this should help you while you work captain" Hanabi said "nooo! It's boring I wanna go play with Ikaku and ichigo!" Kimiko said flipping the table and running out the room "alert the other squad captain and lieutenant, we've got to catch her at all costs" Inohime said putting the table at its place.

"Uncle Jushiro help me!" Kimiko said running through the Seretei "Kimiko what are you doing here?" Shunsui asked "it's Inohime she wants me to work for her like a slave, I don't know where to go~" she said fake crying "hmm, how about you deliver this to the squad 4 barracks for byakuya, if Inohime comes looking for you I'll tell her I sent you on an errand" Jushiro said patting her head "and maybe while your there you could have a chat and sort whatever misunderstandings you and Byakuya have" Shunsui suggested.

"Who is it?" Renji asked opening the door to byakuya recovery room "Renji? Is byakuya not here?" Kimiko asked walking into the room as she spotted the injured noble "never mind" she said placing the basket of goodies on the table beside him "what are you doing here Kimiko?" Byakuya asked sitting up "uncle Shiro asked me to deliver this to you and Shunsui said we should 'chat' about whatever misunderstandings we have" she said sitting beside him.

"I never really properly thanked you for helping me find rukia, and I'm sorry for my bad habits" he said clenching his sheets "while I was in the world of the living all those years I'll admit I never really once thought of you it was mostly Oske, finding out he was the cause of the scar on my back is quite painful to think, but after seeing you in the world of the living I was a bit excited I thought of you most of the time Ichigo was training with Urahara, I was selfish I knew Oske liked me but if I knew it was this much I wonder what I could have done to prevent this" Kimiko said letting out a sigh.

"Ah" byakuya said feeling Kimiko lips on his forehead "I don't hate you, and I forgive you I hope you get better soon that way we can have tea together like we used to and maybe have fun in the world of the living" she said as Hanabi and Inohime barged into the room "see ya later!" Kimiko said jumping out the window "oh my God, how could you let her get away like that Renji?!" Inohime asked stressing "this is the second time today, what do we do?" Hanabi asked "lead her outside the Seretei that way she'll get lost and we'll catch her easily" Inohime said running out the room.

"Oh, the captain has a crush of miss Kimiko~" Renji laughed "keep talking if you wanna die" Byakuya said slightly blushing.
