"Where's Chris, by the way?"

Annie usually spent breaks with him and Felix since everyone went to see their families and they couldn't.

"Chan? I think he's travelling with Changbin."

Minho lazily grabbed a french fry.

"Huh? But Changbin is only going tomorrow morning..."

"No, no. I'm sure they said January 4th!"

He quickly searched for his phone to check the date.

"Oh. Today is the third."

She was genuinely flabbergasted.

"I guess we should organise this mess..."

He smiled apologetically.

"It's not much actually..."

The girl turned to the living room, where she saw two empty bags of snacks, one open chocolate bar and two nearly empty cups of water.

In front of her was a bunch of takeout trash and the empty wine bottle from earlier.

"I'll take care of the living room, you should throw these away."

Minho nodded, putting the dirty papers inside of a trash bag and the recyclable items inside of a paper one.

"I didn't imagine my first date to end like this."

Annie laughed to herself while cleaning the mess.

But it was honestly amazing.

Who knew having a boyfriend could be so fun?

Except for the part of having to hide from everyone and end your date out of nowhere.

"Done! Why is he taking so long?"

Five minutes had passed and there was no sign of him.

Annie's question was answered once she had a laugh from the corridor.

"We three should go eat out! What do you think? I just got back from the gym so I'm hungry."

Minho spoke intentionally louder than usual.

"I'm kind of tired, maybe I'll just eat whatever we have here."

Changbin yawned and kept on walking.

"You said you were at the gym? Wearing that?"

Bangchan frowned his eyebrows at his friend's choice of clothing.

"I just took a shower!"

The voices were getting louder and louder, and Annie was trying to figure out if she should hide or boldly confront them. There was no assurance she'd be able to leave after hiding without being seen though.

So she chose the first option.

"Oh, hi!"

"Rim? What are you doing here? Is Hannie inside?"

Her best friend asked as soon as she opened the door.

Meanwhile, Minho's eyes were wide open.

"No, I just came...to give you something, but you weren't here so I just left it on your bed."

She laughed awkwardly.

"Ah, I see, thanks."

He passed through her without a pinch of doubt.

Well, at least for a second.

"Hold on, when did I tell you the password?"

"Chan did! Because he asked me to get his hard drive once."

The girl smiled at the eldest, who let out a quiet laugh.

"Right, I told her...I hope you don't mind."

"Not at all! I don't have to get up to open the door for her anymore."

Chan and Annie laughed awkwardly before everything became silent.

"I'm leaving, then. I hope you have fun."

She took one step to the front, stopping to stare at her boyfriend.

"Not you though, I hope you can't sleep."

"And I hope you have nightmares the whole night. Maybe dream about yourself, that will do."

Annie's mouth hung open, he was really good at this. She would've been upset if they hadn't spent the whole day being lovey-dovey.

"Guys! Stop fighting for once, come on!"

Changbin tried to stop the non existent beef between the two.

"Let's just go."

Chan lightly pushed his group members with a subtle grin on his face.

"Good night An, we'll talk tomorrow."

I'm done for.
