The two walked out of the building silently. Even though Y/N would never forget what had happened at least now she had a bit of closure and could move on with her life.

"Are you okay?" Jungkook asked stopping them right infront of his car.

He turned to her and watched how her dazed look eventually focused on him. They both stared at each other for a couple of minutes before she opened her mouth to say something.

"Jaewon is your son." She said plainly completely ignoring his question.

"What?" Jungkook asked in complete shock of how she had just blurted that out so randomly.

"Jaewon is your son." She repeated with a bit of emotion this time making slightly smile.

"I know." He answered quietly.

The day he met the little baby calculations began in his head and he eventually pieced together that Jaewon was his son. He was just waiting for her to finally say but he didn't think that it would be so soon.

"W-why are you telling me this so soon?" He asked and watched the confused look disappear from her face.

"You could say that this whole situation has opened my eyes. Minjae grew up without her mother's love because she was taken away from me and Jaehyun grew up without his father's love because I didn't know who his father was... and I don't want Jaewon to experience any of what Minjae and Jaehyun experiance. I want him to know both of his parents and feel our love. I want our children to have a complete family." She explained and he wordlessly nodded as he processed what she said.

"Does that mean that you would be willing to give me a chance?" He asked hesitantly hoping that she would.

"D-don't get me wrong Jungkook I forgave you but that does not mean that I am willing to jump back into your arms as if nothing happened. I know that it was not completely your fault but your actions toward me are something that I really can't forget... and the fact that I was p-pregnant with Wonnie just adds to that... I do forgive you Jungkook but I really can't see myself being with you right now... Maybe we could in the future but right now I just want us to remain friends and give our children one hundred percent of the attention and love they need without any distractions." She explained making him nod sadly.

He understood her points. If it were him in her shoes he definetly wouldn't have forgiven himself for what he had done to her and he was actually really surprised she chose to forgive him even after all of this.

He had not only risked Jaewon's life but put his hands on Y/N in the most wrong way possible and for that he would never forgive himself.

"YOU CAN'T CATCH ME MOMMY!" Minjae yelled as she ran across the field with her mother following behind.

Y/N giggled as she ran after her daughter. She felt like her heart would burst from how happy she was right now. She didn't think that she could ever feel this complete again after receiving such horrible news all those years ago.

"We'll see about that Mini!" She exclaimed as she ran a little bit faster making the little girl squeal in delight before increasing her pace as well.

And not too far from them sat Jungkook and his two sons under a tree. Watching the mother daughter duo made Jungkook's heart almost melt from how happy they both were.

"Don't you want to join them?" Jungkook asked his oldest son but the boy didn't reply as he only rolled his eyes while still keeping his focus on his mother and sister.

He would have perfered to go run around with his mother and sister than to sit here with his so called father but he understood that the two needed their time to bond. For years he saw how his mother suffered over the supposed loss of her daughter and he knew how much she needed this time alone with Minjae to heal. He could not ruin it just because he disliked his father.
