The Halloween rangers

Chapter 19 Virginia & George talk about how to defeat Master Xandred

We met with the others. "Alright, so we heard the story about how Master Xandred was defeated last time but with him being back we decided to see if Decker knows anything and he said that he overheard Master Xandred talking to Octaroo about his plan. He said that the Halloween rangers are the only ones who can defeat him." Virginia said. "And if the Halloween rangers can't defeat him then the samurai rangers would have to try to destroy him. That's only if he absorbs someone's humanity." George said. "I guess that could work. The only problem is that one of the teams might get destroyed." Jayden said. "Yeah, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try." I said. Jayden looked at me. "You seriously want to go through with this?" Jayden asked. "It might just be the only way. Besides, if Master Xandred absorbs someone's humanity then we might not have a choice but to destroy him. I have gotten told that the sealing symbol won't work if Master Xandred absorbs someone's humanity." I said. "Alright, if you believe that we can do this then I'm with you till the end." Jayden said. "Same goes with us." John said with the rest of the team behind him. "Thanks guys." I said. Then I turned back to Virginia and George. "Thanks for the advice, but you guys should probably leave now. I gotta help them with the plan to take down Master Xandred." I said. "Okay, we'll see you at school tomorrow, right?" Virginia asked. "Yeah. You know that I try to never miss a day of school." I said. Then they left. Then I turned back to the others. "Let's get started." I said. We worked for about three hours on the battle plan. Then we trained for about two hours. Later that night I was sitting on one of the benches outside when Lauren came up behind me and asked me if I was okay. "I'm fine Lauren. Don't worry about me." I said. "It just looks like something is bothering you. What's going on?" Lauren said. "It's just, well, Halloween is tomorrow night and I'm kinda worried. I mean, what if Master Xandred attacks tomorrow night? I'm not sure if my team could handle it." I said. "Anything else?" Lauren said. "Well, before you came back into our life, John made this one call that I didn't want to go through with. He said that we should engage with the rangers activities and ambush them. But ever since the call was made, they haven't talked about it. When I asked them about it they said that they were not sure about going through with it either. That was after I told them who they were. Then Jayden and I found out what made the two teams turn on each other and we got them to work together." I said. "Well, that's good. Don't stay out here too late. Even Halloween rangers need their sleep." Lauren said before walking back into the house. Then I went to bed for the night. The next day after school the gap sensor went off and we found another nighlok but we didn't know that it was Serrator. "Lilly, what's keeping you?" Serrator said. "Serrator." I said as we came up to him. "Hand over the sword." Jayden said. "Or there will be consequences." I said. "And we mean serious consequences." John said. "I didn't forge this sword to be wielded by the likes of you." Serrator said before launching an attack at us. We dived out of the way and morphed. "Go go samurai! Jayden, Mia, and Emily said. "Halloween key activate! Link to morphing grid!" John and I said to morph. "Moggers, keep these pests away." Serrator said. We took down the moggers quickly. "Super samurai mode!" Jayden shouted. "Halloween creature spirits unleash!" John and I shouted. Jayden and I charged at him. "Bullzoka blast!" Jayden said. "Wolf claw slash!" I said. Serrator deflects our attacks and sends me and Jayden to the ground. Mia and Emily went over to Jayden to make sure that he was okay while John came over to me. "Ariel, are you okay?" John asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." I said as I got up. "Who's next?" Serrator said. "No one attacks my girlfriend and gets away with it!" John said as he got in front of me to protect me. Just then Lilly shows up. "Lilly?" I asked. "Finally, Lilly. I'd knew you'd come. Here, take your sword." Serrator said. "Don't do it!" John shouted. "Stop meddling!" Serrator said before blasting us. "At last, the reunion you have waited for. I return this sword to it's rightful owner. Now it is time. Quickly, slash through the barrier. Do it, split this world open and I'll be ruler of both our worlds." Serrator said. Then the rest of our teams show up. He sends them to the ground. "Fire beam! Drop that sword!" John shouted before launching the fire beam at him. "Enough of these games." Serrtor said. He sent it right back at us sending us to the ground again and this time making us demorph. "It's time. Do it!" Serrator said. "No!" John shouted. Then Lilly did something unexpected. She turned around and slashed Serrator. "Why? How could you betray me like this?" Serrator said. "You had what I wanted. Your mistake was thinking I shared your hated of humanity. I care only for the sword. You made me that way, remember?" Lilly asked. "You're as heartless as any nighlok." Serrator said. "And so it ends here." Lilly said before putting her sword in her holster on her belt. "No! 200 years of planning, ruined in an instant! Now you will feel my wrath!" Serrator said as he launched his power all over the place. Lilly got up to higher ground. "Rangers, I trust you'll finish this." Lilly said. "The great deceiver has been deceived." Serrator said. We morphed back into our ranger forms. Then the samurai rangers pulled out the five disc octo cannon and the bullzoka. John got his fire beam ready. "You will all pay the ultimate price." Serrator said. "Think again." Antonio said. We used all three attacks at the same time. We destroyed him but, like any nighlok, he came back. He brought out two henchmen to help him. "Jayden, the Halloween rangers and I will take out the papyrus. You and the samurai rangers go for Serrator." I said. "You got it sis." Jayden said. We took down the two papyrus and went to go help Jayden. "I think that the gigazords can take this guy out." John said. "Good call." I said. "Great idea John. Let's do it!" Jayden said. We formed both gigazords. We used our most powerful strikes on him but he sent it right back. "No way. No nighlok has ever survived that attack before." I said. "I'll take you rangers out, if it's the last thing I do!" Serrator said. "Jayden combine the shark sword with yours. We'll combine the goblin sword with ours. Then we can attack him together." I said. "You got it." Jayden said. We combined the swords and while they used shark sword slash we used goblin claw slash. The attacks combined and the last strike we landed was so powerful that it destroyed him. On the way back to the shiba house I stopped in my tracks and the others noticed. "Are you okay?" John asked. "I can't stop thinking about what Lilly did back there. You know, the choice she made." I said. "You know, we could have her for an ally. She was a Halloween ranger once." John said. "I know." I said.
