"Well?" you say concerned, "Aren't you going to tell me which one it is?"
"The author was too lazy to make a page for every single starter, and they didn't want to go through all of the trouble of updating this fanfic whenever a new game is released," Professor Oak explained, "Honestly, this scenario happens regardless of which type you choose. The only reason why the options were on the last page was to give you the illusion of choice."
"I guess that makes sense. Oh well, at least I have a Pokémon!"
