Sanaya paced to and fro in the hotel room booked for her and she bit her nail till her phone went off. It was Abhimanyu.

She took in deep breathe and answered the call
"Hi, princess." He greeted and she closed her eyes feeling tears brim in her eyes as her heartbeat accelerated due to anxiety

"I am nervous." She whispered and he sighed and exactly the reason he called her in the middle of the night. He was supposed to be sleeping.

"Sanaya, I dare you to cry." He warned her and her tears slipped free from her eyes
"You should have been here." She set free a sob and Abhimanyu rubbed his hand over his face

"Angel, I didn't call you to make you cry." He said helplessly and she suddenly feel the urge to be in his arms

"I shouldn't have came here, I can't. I can't. I just can't." Sanaya freaked out and Abhimanyu sighed

"I never felt this helpless before you came into my life." He joked and she chuckled between her tears

"You were supposed to be sleeping." She whispered and he lied down straight on his back
"I can't when I know, my wife is freaking out in Miami." He said and she sat on the edge of the bed

"I love you." She confessed
"I know." He replied and she rolled her eyes
"Bastard." She cursed

"Angel, you already know how much I love you." He retorted laughing and she wiped her tears

"But everytime I say I love you you have to say I love you too, angel." She stated firmly and he chuckled
"I love you too, angel." He repeated and she smiled

"Now, listen to me. You are the best and only you can do whatever you have to do there. No one else." He tried to motivate her but she ended up tearing all over again

"What if I mess things up?" She asked looking down at her hand
"You won't and for once if you do mess things up then I am two hundred percent sure you will find a way to clear it up." He replied and she but her lower lip to stop herself from sobbing

"I swear, if you are crying, Mrs. Rathore then I will myself come there to wipe your tears." He threatened and she chuckled

"I am not crying." She looked at her reflection in the mirror and her lie was clear, her makeup was messed up because of her tears

"You cannot lie to me, princess." He scoffed and she smiled
"Fine I was but now I am not." She replied wiping her tears and he growled

"Princess, did I not warned to not cry?" He asked and she rolled her eyes
"I couldn't help but cry, alright." She replied and he sighed

"Now, you must not cry." He warned and she nodded as if he could see her
"Okay?" His tone took a gentle turn and she smiled
"Okay." She replied when her door knocked

"I gotta go, Abhimanyu." She said and he scowled
"Okay, don't panic." He said and she sighed
"I will try." She replied

"Love you bye and get some sleep." She instructed before hanging up on him

Abhimanyu stared at the ceiling and sighed
"Hopefully you won't cry anymore, princess." He whispered to himself looking straight at her picture hanging on the wall opposite to the door

Abhimanyu was sipping his coffee when his mobile phone went off and a smile appeared on his face

"Good morning, baby." He greeted and she rolled her eyes
"Good evening, baby." She greeted back making him chuckle

"I wanted to call you since the meet ended but then I thought you already slept late so I calculated the time, obviously with the help of Google but that's fine., So I calculated the time and I thought it's the best time I call you.", She rambled and he quietly listened to each and every word of hers
