blake brighton was born to wayne and brenda brighton on august 10th. growing up in a west village townhouse in manhattan, new york. blake lived an easy life, some would call it spoiled, others sheltered– his parents would have insisted on them simply nurturing their only child– a child they had long thought would never be a possibility. his parents, his father being a CEO of a major construction firm and mother being a fashion designer icon, were both born to wealth. but being that his parents were much older. when he was born, they were overwhelmed with joy. 

abe has always been a guy who doesn’t really care much what other people have to say and his motto has pretty much always been “my way or the highway.” typically, he gets away with this attitude, and very few people attempt to cross him. but when he met luna, his best friend, who is the first person who made him want to be a better person, she was always challenging him. luna and blake are a rather shocking friendship. they say opposites attract, and this is certainly the case for them. his grand ego is balanced by luna's modesty. despite his ego, he is a truly great friend. 

though he can sometimes be difficult to want to get to know at first, once you get past the egotistical exterior, a really genuine human being lies behind. while he cares about himself a little too much, he also cares about other people quite a bit and is overly proud of his friends and their

accomplishments, and when he’s not bragging about himself he’s usually bragging about them. like many of the people he knows, blake can be loyal to a fault and it’s never wise to cross him. blake deals in reputation. he’s got a great one which means that he holds the power to tear yours apart. this means that people usually try to stay on his good side, despite the arrogance. since his father's been training him to take over the company, he applied and got into harvard without his parents. something he has to point out often. he's currently studying business and business intelligence.
