I looked up from my phone at Von

"You onnat?"

"Shit why wassup?" I shrugged as I slid my phone in my pocket

"I ain't tryna get caught lackin in this sto" Von laughed

"I'm still tryna figure out why you chose to walk instead of drive"

"It feel good out here for real"

"It's cold den a bitch" I responded

"Yea this that good whether no bap" He laughed

"Ima stand out here" I said while Von walked in the store

I watched the different cars and people pull up to the gas station as I waited for Von to come out

"Damn nigga bout time"

"Mane you stay having some bitch shit to say to me foenem"

"Who?" I asked. "Shit ion know what them other niggas do but I throw them bitches"

"Fight? Ima face sumn" Von laughed as he grabbed his gun in his pocket

"Damn you gone pop you mans hoe nigga" I laughed

We continued walking off from the store

"What you get from there?"

"Mane hell naw. You say you ain't want none from the sto so you ain't want none"

"Fuck you bitch boy" I flicked him off as he laughed

As we got closer to the house, I could see Drea's car sitting in the driveway

"You told them to come here?" Von asked pointing at Drea's car

"Nah. Its probably just Deja"

He glanced at me but didn't ask whatever was on his mind

"Waddup" I mumbled as I walked past her

She grabbed my arm causing me to turn and face her

"Can I talk to you?"

I nodded my head before turning to Von and dapping him up. I opened the passenger door and got in while she walked around to the drivers side

"You okay?"

I sat there silent while looking out the window

"You ate?"

"What you come get me fo" I responded

She looked at me with her face scrunched up while glancing back and forth between the road

"What you mad for?"

"Nothing" I laughed

"Its something and whats funny"

"Deja what you needed to talk to me about?" I asked as I started to get frustrated

"You can't kill Lil Eight"

I looked over at her as if she said the dumbest thing ever

"What you mean?"

"I basically raised Eight. He like a lil brother to me. You can't-"
