Entering the doctor's office Cairo signed in with the receptionist. After a few days of feeling sick and throwing up she decided to come get checked out especially with her menstrual cycle going ghost for the past few weeks now. Settling into the waiting room she checked her social media accounts scrolling through Twitter seeing Ja was currently trending she was interrupted before she could clearly see if it was a good or bad thing.
"Ms.Rose!" The nurse called out
Walking into the exam room she sat on the bed and waited for the doctor to enter. After waiting for 5 minutes she heard a knock on the door followed by the doctor entering.
"Hello Cairo, what brings you in today?" Dr. Simone asked
"Well I've been feeling sick for a few days so I wanted to get checked out and make sure everything is okay." Cairo replied
"Okay can you tell me your symptoms and the last time you had your menstrual cycle."
"I've been throwing up everyday and I can barely keep food down. I'm also late on my cycle." Cairo replied
"Well after hearing about your situation I would say that you are pregnant, but I will run a test to make sure before moving any further. So once you pee in that cup I will have my nurse take it to the lab so they can run the testing."
After peeing in the cup and giving the sealed cup to the doctor, Cairo waited in the exam room pulling her phone back out she went to Twitter to see exactly why everyone was tagging her in multiple tweets regarding Ja. It was one that not only caught her eye but also informed her about the drama he was in once again. First the altercation with Shannon Sharpe in LA and now this.

Walking back into the office Dr. Simone had a huge smile on her face.
"Well Cairo I have some wonderful news for you. You are in fact pregnant 3 months to be exact. I have some forms that will help you and I want to see you next month."
"Thanks Dr. Simone!" Cairo weakley smiled
Driving to her condo thoughts began to pile into her head. She didn't know how Ja would react since they was still figuring things out and if she was 3 months it could also be a possibility that Jayson could be the father. Pulling up to her home she decided to call the only person she could trust to hold this big secret. Dialing the number, Cairo waited for their face to pop up on the screen. Grabbing her pineapples her sister's face finally appeared on the screen.
"Hey sis!" Cairo spoke
"Hey girl, how is my niece doing?" Her sister asked
"First off how did you know I was pregnant? And I don't know the gender yet, but I'm 3 months so Jayson could also be the father too.Cairo replied
"I know it's a girl, but look we will figure out a way to get the paternity done before you tell anyone of them. Please don't tell Ja yet not until you know it's his.. Her sister replied
Deep into her conversation she didn't hear the front door open or see Ja walk into the living room and hear her sister's statement.
"Tell me what?" Ja spoke startling Cairo
"Look sis, I will call you back." Cairo replied hanging up the phone
"What do you have to tell me?" Ja asked again
"Well I went to the doctor, and I kinda lied to you about the results and appointment. I found out that I'm 3 months pregnant." Cairo spoke
"This is a lot.. I mean I know it's also a possibility it could be his. So I think we should take a step back on us right now, at least until we figure things out." Ja replied
"Wow..I mean I didn't know yo I would react. This wasn't something I was expecting. How about I focus on my child and you need to focus on your career, especially with the shit I seen today. There's nothing else for us to talk about not until I get the paternity done." Cairo replied
"See there you go running again. Can't take the heat when it comes back for you.." Ja snapped back before walking out of Cairo's residence
