Honey walks out of the bedroom groggy and not that happy she had just had a horrible nightmare, it was still pretty dark outside she spotted zoro passed out on deck and sighed annoyed he fell asleep when he was supost to be keeping watch that was untill she heard the sound of dishes that she realised why he was sleep
Sanji must have switched with him honey thought walking down the stairs making her way to the kitchen opening the door with alot more force then needed making it slam lightly but loud enough to startle to cook
"Ah sorry" Honey apologised trying to get herself out of her badmood sanji right away gose gaga over her since she's only really wearing a simply crop top and shorts but quickly regains himself after noticing the mood she's in giving her a worried look
"Are you alright?" Sanji places the knife's on the counter making his way over to the table where she sat herself
"Nightmare." It was a quick and easy answer the only thing she could not wanting to go through the trouble of lying, sanji gave her a sympathetic look he had never seen her look so stressed, so tired sanji lent back onto the table
"Wanna talk about it?" The genuine concern lacing sanji voice took Honey back quite a bit as she looked up at him searching his eyes for any sign of pity or annoyance at her mood once not finding any she sighed in defeat
"It's nothing.. I just get them every other night I'm used to it" honey said sending him the best reassuring she could muster sanji looked at her for a second being sighing and swiping a hand threw his hair
"You really are as mysterious as the papers say ay?" Sanji says hearing a airy chuckle from the brunette making him smile
"Yeah they really go all out of them don't they?" Honey laughs remembering the last thing they had on the paper about her
"Last time I'm pretty sure they said I was a bloodthirsty baby killer" that made the duo both break out into giggles sanji sending a very concerned and confused look to the brunette
"Baby killer?!" Sanji coughed out through his laughs
"Yeah my devil fruit has alot to do with that, I had used it to get rid of some bounty hunters that were after My ass and didn't take into account that people where nearby, they saw me using my devil fruit and boom thought I was gonna kill there babys" Honey explained with a simple shrug of the shoulders making sanji stare at her deadpanned for a second before bursting out into laugher quickly getting shushed by the brunette who started to giggle as his laughter turned into sorta like whisper-laughing, sanji didn't ask a out her devil fruit he didn't want to mood to be ruined if it was a sensitive topic
"Sorr!- s-sorry! It's just you said it so casually-PFFT" sanji covered his mouth in order to keep the cackles at bay causing honey to have to do the same
Finally composing themselves the duo both sighed, honey took the time to look behind the cook
"What ya making?" She asked giggling slightly at the fact he was making anything this early
"Nothing right now just prepping for breakfast" sanji walks back over to the knifes
"Care for a smoke break?" Honey asks standing up and flashing her own pack of cigarettes making sanjis eyebrows raise
"You smoke?" He asks quiet perplexed
"Yep" Honey simply says popping the p
"You want one or not?" She teases causing the cook the chuckle following the brunette out to the back of the ship before taking a cigarette from her lighting it with his own lighter he keeps on him then stopping her
"Allow me M'lady" sanji says playfully lighting the brunettes smoke as she chuckles
"Thank you kind sir" Honey plays along before the duo both break out into giggles again honey taking a long inhale on the cigarette holding then slowly breaking out the smoke catching In the cold morning wind they stand there in comftable silence
Sanji is first to finish his cigarette watching as the older women seems to saver hers
"Needed it?" He asks half-heartedly causing the women to chuckle
"Fuck yeah." Her reaction makes sanji laugh placing his chin in the palm on his hand watching the waves on the morning hit to ship
"You don't have to wait for me Casanova" Honey jokes getting a airy chuckle from the blond
"I'm not leaving you out here after you had a nightmare" honeys eyes widen slightly at the sincerity she had almost forgotten about that, this had been the fastest she'd ever forgotten about one of her dreams, a small smile graces the brunettes face as she finishes her cigarette in silence turning around the cook stands up straight both about to head in when

Honeys hand covers her mouth at the high pitched noticed that left her throat thanks to the yawn causing sanji to chuckle
"Go back to sleep I'll let everyone know not to wake you in the morning" sanji smiles at the older girl making her give a tired one back raising her hand she pats his head making his eyes widen
"Your the best!" She praises gently ruffling the blond locks before fumbling her way back to bed leaving sanji standing there before he snaps himself out of it with a gentle chuckle
Yep definitely luffys sister .
