I wake up to the sound of someone whispering my name, I sit up but no one is there

"It's Neteyam come out" he whispers

I get out of bed and walk quietly towards the entrance of the hut so I don't wake anybody

"What are you doing here?" I ask while rubbing my eyes

"What you not happy to see me?" He asks tilted his head slightly

"No no I am it's just really early the sun hasn't even come up yet"

"I was wondering if you could teach me more" he says looking down at me

"Why this early?" I ask

"Well I kind of wanted to be with you, just you to you know hang out and stuff" he says rubbing the back of his neck

"Oh ok, come on then let's go" I say a little shocked by his response

He wants to hang out with me, just me I say to myself smiling a little

"Where should we go?" He asks as we greet our ilus

I think for a minuet but remember the secrete cave I found although it isn't that secret anymore

"I know a place, follow me" I say gently getting onto nayru and making the bond.

"This place is beautiful" Neteyam says as we enter the cave

"I know I found it a few months ago , not that many people know it's here" I say pulling myself onto the sandy floor of the cave And Neteyam copys my movements and pulls himself up

"So what did you want to learn?" I ask turning to face him

"Well I actually kinda just wanted an excuse to hang out" He replies smiling down at me

God I love his smile

"Oh" I reply I don't really know how to respond   to him, normally I can talk to people just fine but Neteyam makes me feel things that I have never felt before

"Can I ask you something, and you don't have to answer it" I say turning my body to fully face him

"Sure" he replies also turning fully to face me

"How come you had to leave your home, how come your here?" I say looking up at him I see his facial expression change and he looks down

"My family are at war with the sky people, my farther used to be one but he knew what they where doing was wrong so he went against them, which made them angry so they attacked and my farther and he was badly injured so my mother transformed his soul into his avatar body fully, to save him" he says still looking at the ground

I can tell talking about it or even thinking about it is hard for him, I mean it would be he has lost his home his safe place no body should have to experience that.

"I am so sorry" I say putting my hand softly over his

"It's ok, thankyou for listening I don't really have anyway to talk about it to" he replies finally looking at me

"Well I'm always here if you ever need someone to talk to" I say taking his hand in mine

"Thankyou" he says squeezing my hands in his softly.

It's been an hour and we are still at the cave
Me and Neteyam are sat side by side looking towards the entrance of the cave, I feel his had shifty slightly towards mine
Fuck I have never felt this way before I feel almost nervous but like I'm a good way everytime I see him or hear him talk or feel him to touch me my heart feels as though it drops to my stomach but not in a bad way

"May I" he speaks up looking between our hands

"You may" I say giggling a little as he takes my hand in his fuck I just know I'm bright red I have never been this effected by a boy before

"Look the suns coming up" I say squeezing his hand a little

I love sunrises I love the way the colours blend together in the sky and the way the water changes to a golden like colour

I turn to face Neteyam and I see the sun is hiting him in all the right places his eyes are glistening and his skin is golden, he looks perfect
eywa really has blessed him he so pretty 

"What?" he asks tilting his head a little

Oh shit I've been staring at him god I completely zoned out

"What?" I reply turning back to face the sky

"You where staring" he says laughing a little

"I wasn't" I say a little too quickly

"Mmhmm sure" he replies

Fuck he sounds so hot oh my eywa have mercy on me pleasee

"We should Probably head back I don't want people to think we have gone missing" I say as I call nayru back

"Shit I complete forgot" he says softly sliding of the cave floor into the water

His voice makes me feel a way I have never felt before it's so heavenly but hot at the same time I have never found a voice so attractive.
I copy his movements as slide into the water after him
God he looks even more perfect with the suns light shining on his skin and his eyes, I love his eyes, I find myself staring at him again. His gaze inks into me and I feel him move closer till our faces are almost touching and I feel his hand go to my waist and pull our  body's closer
But we are interrupted by the sound of nayrus calls and I quickly pull away, I didn't know what was happening until I pulled away I complete blacked out fuck was he going to kiss me, I felt my face heat up
Oh my his hand was on my waist fuck fuck ugh why whyy did I pull away

"Come on sit behind me" I say as I gently get on nayru

He sits behind me and I feel him hesitate to put his hands on me to hold on, so I grab his hands and wrap them around me

"If you don't hold on you'll fall forest boy" I say

"That gunna be my name forever?" He asks

"Yup"

We get back to shore and I feel Neteyam softly pull himself of nayru

"Here" he says putting his hand out to me

"Thankyou" I say placing my hand on his as he helps me onto land

"Anytime" he said winking before waking away

He winked at me fuck he winked at me I feel my cheeks heating up again and I just know I'm bright red
