"A child?" Y/n could see the big smile happily as he helped the elderly people around him. The h/c looked back at the mountain, then back at Kenji. "He did all of that?"

The gray haired man nodded.

"Hello!" He dragged the O out, skipping towards the pair as he smiled innocently. "Are you two the city folk?"

"We are. You must be Miyazawa."

He clapped his hands in a praying position and beamed happily, "yup that's me! It's a pleasure to meet you both! What brings you two down here?"

Fukuzawa glanced at y/n and back to Kenji, "we heard about the landslide that had nearly taken out your village and came to see you.
We've heard of an ability user who stopped it with his bare hands."

The young blonde boy was about to respond before being called over by an elderly woman who was struggling to carry multiple buckets full of water. "Kenji dear please..may you help me..?"

"Yes ma'am!"

Kenji stacked each bucket on top of one another with impressive balance as he placed all onto the palm of his hand. Y/n stared at the bucket tower, gawking. "President, that may be him." "I never would have guessed."

Y/n felt the older man slightly nudge him towards the young teen.

"Here let me help you."

Kenji confusingly smiled at the comment, tilting his head to the side so that he could nervously smile at the masked h/c. "You don't need to do that, I'm pretty strong so I can carry all of it myself!"

Just as Kenji finished his sentence, y/n took half the stack from the boy. Nearly falling down from the weight, he slowly lifted the buckets and sighed. "Yeah I bet you could, but it would be less stressful if we did it together. You're still a child after all, you could hurt yourself.."

Kenji eyes widened a bit, then he smiled happily. "Yay! A friend! What's your name?" Y/n smiled nervously as he walked away from yeh group of older people, giving fukuzawa the chance to talk.

"Village leader.

We must speak."

"You wish to whisk our little Kenji away to the city where he can work underneath the Armed Detective Agency." The man raised an eyebrow, sipping his tea. Fukuzawa kept a calm face despite the fact that he was sitting on the ground with a cow trying to lick his snack.

"Moo...." It choked out. Fukuzawa looked away, sweating nervously.

"Yea indeed, he is an ability user in Japan. It's good to know that he is registered but he could be much more helpful in the Agency." The man who fukuzawa spoke to, an elderly man everyone in the village respected, hummed as he sipped his tea.

"Kenji...that sweet summer child...he such a kind-hearted young boy... his positive attitude is contagious and he never lets bad things affect him for too long... that's how everyone here in the village act but Kenji in particular..." the man sipped his tea once again. "He is our diamond in the rough... to bring him into the city...I worry that he would be infected... with the plague of despair.."

The gray haired man nodded in agreement, softly petting the cow beside him. "I understand your concern sir. This utopia you people have created it truly marvelous, even now. After the landslide you all seem all content."

The mention of the landslide made the man choke slightly, coughing and hacking as he placed the cup down.

"Sir are you alright?!"
