This is a popular Indian evening time snack. Try at home.
Ingredients:
Shredded Coconut(1 Cup)
All purpose flour (Maida)- 5tspn
Chilli(chopped)- 1 tspn
Chopped Onions- 4 tspn
Chopped Garlic- 1 tspn
Coriander leaves
Turmeric Powder- half tspn
Red Chilli Powder-half tspn
Salt
Oil
WaterMethod:
1. Mix coconut, flour, onions,chilli,coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder in a bowl.
2. Add water little by little. So that it can make a form of dough.
3. Add a little oil into the mixture. Now form small balls.
5. Heat the pan and put oil. When the oil will be heated then put the small balls into the oil.
6. Deep fry them.
