Indo Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken cubes(300 gm)
Corn flower
Egg(1-2)
Cubed onions(1 pc)
Cubed bellpaper(1 pc)
Sliced garlics( 5-6 cubes)
Sliced green chillis(2-3 pcs)
Soya sauce
Tomato sauce
Chilli sauce
Pepper
Salt
White oil
Water

Methods:
1. Beat eggs in a pan, add corn flower slowly. Sprinkle some salt, pepper in it. Now add water. Make into a smooth batter.
2. Put washed chickens in the batter. Make into a fine quoting.
3. Heat oil in the non stick pan. Fry the chickens golden brown.
4. After frying put sliced onions, garlics in the pan. Saute it for some minutes.
5. Then add bellpaper in it.
6. Now put soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce in it. Mix for few minutes.
7. Now add fried chickens. Mix well and sprinkle salt and pepper in it.
8. Cover it for few minutes.
9. Now add water and bring it to bowl.
10. In a cup put 3 tspn corn flower and a little water in it. Now put this in the pan. It will thicken the gravy.
11. Now it is ready to serve.
