Overstory Chapters 3 and 4 (An Undertale x OC fanfic)

Return of Gaster

Retro sighed as she waited for the school bus. Papyrus stood next to her as he chatted with a human student.

"I have a theory that maybe... Hoomans are descended frok skeletons! Nyeh heh heh!" he said.

The human's face turned into a dotted one.

"Um, yeah, I'm ehe uh kinda thinking the same." he said ackwardly.

Chara ate chocolate with Asriel and Carter and Shoto watched videos in YouTube.

Soon, Retro was finally home with Papyrus. She knocked at the door.

The knob twisted, Sans was standing in front of them.

"Heya guys." he said as he drank from a bottle of ketchup. He was only wearing his white shirt right now. Sans does not go to school anymore for he already graduated college at 22. He is currently 24 years old this year. His job was a member of the Royal Guard.

Retro and Papyrus walked in. The human with the colorless skin walked to her room, sat on her gaming chair and opened her laptop and prepared to start her LIVE stream of a game about a hero that lost his memories who must save a princess from a being that destroyed and conquered their land.

Chara's eyes opened, she was standing  in some kind of void.

A text appeared in front of her saying "☝︎☼︎☜︎☜︎❄︎✋︎☠︎☝︎💧︎" ("Greetings)

She turned around, a familiar skeleton stood before her.

"Wait... You look familiar... Dad showed me pictures and told me stories about you before..." she said.

A text formed in front of her again saying, "✋︎☠︎👎︎☜︎☜︎👎︎ ✋︎ ✌︎💣︎ 🕈︎📬︎👎︎ ☝︎✌︎💧︎❄︎☜︎☼︎📪︎ ❄︎☟︎☜︎ ☞︎⚐︎☼︎💣︎☜︎☼︎ ☼︎⚐︎✡︎✌︎☹︎ 💧︎👍︎✋︎☜︎☠︎❄︎✋︎💧︎❄︎". ("Indeed. The former royal scientist. W.D Gaster.")

"I knew it..." Chara crossed her arms. "So, what do you wish to ask me, Dr. Gaster?"

"Heh, "sweet daughter"? Well, sorry to say but she kinda loves causing trouble. She even likes annoying Papyrus with this song called Il Vento D'Oro using Sans' trombone while he's LIVE in YouTube." 

"☟✌☟✌... ✋ 💧☜☜. ☟⚐🕈 ✋💧 💧☟☜ 👌✡ ❄☟☜ 🕈✌✡✍" ("Haha... How is she by the way?") Gaster chuckled.

"She's fine. I'm friends with her, she likes flirting with-"

"🕈☟⚐ ✋💧 💧☟☜ ☞☹✋☼❄✋☠☝ 🕈✋❄☟✍✏" ("WHO IS SHE FLIRTING WITH?!") Gaster exclaimed loud enough for Chara's face to turn into a dotted one.

Damn, classic way for a Dad to react to that type of shit... Chara thought.

"Nah haha, just kidding." she lied.

Gaster let out a sigh of relief.

Suddenly, Chara found herself staring into the ceiling of her room. She stood up, yawned and stretched. She sat bolt upright, get off bed and walked towards the door.

Chara walked to the alleyway outside the Dreemurrs' house. She sighed and looked around. Suddenly, she can hear something buzzing. Chara followed the sound, it was muffled, it got closer... and closer. 

She sticked her ear on the wall she suspected to be it's source. And it was, she can hear it from behind.

Chara took a glance around her and drew out her knife. It was a red one. This knife was no ordinary one. It can cut through almost anything and can cause explosions. This knife allows it's user to teleport and create red strikes that would fly towards it's wielder's target.

She grunted and sliced the wall in half, the bricks fell to the ground, one almost hit her left foot. 

Chara sighed and looked at the source of the sound. It was just a nokia phone.

"A Nokia phone? Please tell me you're joking, Dr. Gaster..." she said grabbing it. She looked behind it and there was a note attached to it.

She dialed it on the phone. After that, a portal was suddenly generate in front of her.

Gaster walked out from it.

"Thank you, Chara." he said.

"You're welcome, Doctor. Come on, Sans and Pap are waiting for you." Chara said.

Chara lead Gaster to Sans, Retro and Papyrus' house. The three siblings were glad to be reunited with their father, they shared a hug with him.
