Jenna's POV:"No, that looks weird..." I thought to myself, as I was thinking about a way to have my hair for the day. It was about an hour before I had to go into work, as I was getting ready.
While I was getting ready, I was beginning to notice how I was putting more thought into getting ready than normal. It's just work, why am I worrying so much about how I look?
Oh yeah, (M/N).
After getting ready, I took a second to look at myself in the mirror.
After making sure I looked nice, I headed downstairs and grabbed my keys."Going to work, Jenna?"
I turned to look and saw my mom leaning on the wall next to the kitchen. I then opened the front door and slammed it behind me, without saying a word to her.
Me and my mom never really got along a lot, as we both have different outlooks on life. If we weren't away from each other, our conversations would always somehow turn into screaming matches.
I just wish things were different with her. I wish I saw her more as my mom than my enemy.

After making it to work, I went to the back to get ready to clock in. I threw my vest over my shoulders and zipped it up. After clocking in, I began to walk down the backroom hallway.
As I was turning the corner, I saw (M/N), as he was sorting out boxes and stacking them.
He was wearing a red nike sweat jacket, with ripped black pants and black vans. His fluffy (h/c) hair sat nicely on top of his head. His (e/c) eyes seemed drowsy, like as if he just woke up.
Even though it's only my second time seeing him, everything around him lights up.
He still hasn't noticed that I was next to him, as he had his earphones in. I slowly snuck up behind him, making sure I was out of his vision. I then grabbed both of his shoulders and shook him.
"Boo!"
"..."
"Did I scare you?"
"...No."
He took his earphones out and turned around to face me. "I already saw you when you turned the corner." He stated, looking at me. He wasn't really looking AT me, he was more so looking behind me.
"And you didn't even wave or say hey?" I responded, acting as if I were hurt.
"Well, no? I don't know it might of had been weird if I did since we still just met." He remarked, stuffing his hands in his pocket.
"It's not weird to say hey. I expect you to say it every time you see me from now on." I demanded, earning a nervous chuckle from the (h/c) haired male.
