The Meeting

{Chapter 1}

[Name] was running away from the Tenryou Commission when they heard that the Tenryou Commision  put a bounty on them. But they weren't just trying to run from the Tenryou Commission, it was more like they were trying to run from someone part of the Tenryou Commission. His name was Shikanoin. Shikanoin Heizou. All of this started because of him, same with how all of this will stop when he is gone.

It started a few months ago when you were grocery shopping for your mother. It was a brand new day and the sun was shining, you couldn't help but feel so happy about the fact that you live in Watasumi Island, the place was just so beautiful and majestic.

When you were a child you used to play in the water and bask in the sunlight as your family told stories of the sea and the-

Ma'am/Sir/Mix! You shook your head and looked at the merchant who was standing with his arms crossed staring at you.
"Are you gonna pay for it or are you not?" "There's a gigantic line behind you."

You stared at the fruit in your hand and smiled; "A-ahah, sorry sir and sorry to everybody else too." You quickly paid and went on your way back to your home but you stopped half way when you saw a young man sitting at the edge of the hill.

He looked so peaceful and content. You were about to walk away when you dropped one of your fruit, but before it landed on the ground somebody caught it, you looked up to meet his
eyes. "Woah there! You better watch out where your going." the mysterious man smiled at you and you couldn't help but smile back.

"The names Shikanoin Heizou." But you can just call me Heizou."  "What's your name?"
My name..? Oh! My name!
"The names [Your Name], nice to meet you Heizou!" I really must be going now though Heizou, maybe we can chat next time we meet! He smiled, "Oh no worries, how about I walk you home instead? It is about to get late and it's also a good chance to talk along the way! So? What do you say?"
"Uh...alright Heizou." You awkwardly said.

By the time you got home it was already past noon, you said goodbyes to your new friend and went inside.

Heizou grinned, not only did he find a new person who intrigued him, he also found the culprit for why he is here in the first place.
Heizou is a high praised detective in the Tenryou Commission, so of course he was sent to Watasumi Island for apparently an "impossible" case that his co-workers considered to be challenging and unsolvable.
Luckily for them Heizou was around in Inazuma City at the time and they made quick work out of sending him on this task, leaving as quickly as they came up to him. He still remembered the face expression Sango made when he first got the case, probably of annoyance and anger again he presumed.
Nevermind that. He still had yet to find the exact evidence for the presumed culprit; and thus, has to play just awhile longer.
