CLEMENTINE STANDS IN FRONT of the door she was hoping she'd.. well, never have to stand in front of again. her feet feel cemented into the ground as she stands in front of the triplets house, the front door already open from where nick already walked in.
after silently listening to her old friends bland conversation that she knows was only bland because she was there, and then sitting in uncomfortable silence for an entire car ride, she really just wants to go home. but no, she said she was going to get this stupid art project over with already, so that's what she has to do.
standing right in front of the familiar place though, tugs aggressively on her heartstrings. the place is full of memories that she used to find comfort in, but now only bring her pain to think about. she thought she'd never have to even step foot near the place again for the rest of her life, but here she is.
