We open up this chapter with The Gang and Daniel driving in the Mystery Machine on their way to visit Daniel's grandfather Malcom Illiwara
Velma: I pulled up more research on vampires.

Daniel: You can ask my grandfather. He knows all about the local legends. Especially the Yowie Yahoo
Shaggy and Scooby get scared hearing this while Y/n and Antony glance over intrigued.
Velma: Let's see. "Vampires hate sunlight."
Y/n: I could've of told you that.

Antony: Thought that was the headless horsemen or the nasgaouls From the Lord of the Rings
Y/n: I didn't know you watched that?
Antony: Blame Dusk
Velma: And get this: "The more people a vampire put's under his control the greater his power becomes."
Y/n: Now that is worrying.
Daphne: It would explain why the Yowie Yahoo is having Wildwind kidnap people.
the thought of Vampire Thorn crosses Y/n's mind making him go into a blush before shaking his head and turns to Antony only to notice him doing the same
Y/n: You thought of the same thing I did didn't you?
Antony: Vampire girls?
Y/n: Vampire girls.
They both then grab each other hands agreeing on the same thing as Shaggy and Scooby look to them confused before the four of them here Daphne
Daphne: That is, if you believe he's real.
Velma: Hmm it also say's, "Vampires don't appear on film when their pictures are taken."
Velma looks to her camera as she finishes'
Shaggy: Like, Maybe they're just camera shy.
Y/n: It's because they don't appear in reflection's either
Shaggy: Oh.
Shaggy then starts to think for a second remembering something
Y/n: so all we need to do is take their picture and we can find out if their real or not, Ant?
Antony: On it.
Shaggy goes to say something but is interrupted by Daniel
Daniel: Here we are, Fred. Up there. Ahead on the left.
