Summer

Summer greeted us with welcoming,

Open arms.

The soft rustling wind,

The glorious rays of the sun,

Bringing life, to even the grim

Corners of the Bruhn.

Her head was high in the air,

Filled with proudness over her accomplishment.

Her ecstatic roses,

Overflowing with joy and excitement.

Her gorgeous green hair stretched,

Long and strong,

Across the ground,

Dancing and fluttering

To the tunes played by the

Soft rustling wind.

Summer was dancing around in front of me,

Enjoying every bit of herself.

Ushering us to join her,

With welcoming, open arms.

A/N:

I really really hope you guys like this poem. I usually do not write poetry, infact I am really really bad at it! But I was inspired to write this one in English class and just wanted some feedback.xx
