Childe was walking through the streets of sumeru city, looking at shops (just to buy some toys for teucer when he gets back home) until he saw two figures he could never forget

As his face lits up he quickly approaches the two with a bright smile on his face

"Hey comrades" childe says as the two immediately looks at him

"CHILDE??1? WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN SUMERU" paimon questioned clearly not expecting to be seeing childe

"Still noisy as ever huh" childe mutters but quickly coughs to cover what he said

"It might sound weird but i really dont know💀, i dont even remember why i was in inazuma too"

Childe saw the travelers eyes looking away when he mentioned how he didnt remember why he was even in inazuma

Childe just ignores it tho and continues talking

"Well whatever if i cant remember it i might as well not be important 😊"

"Well enough about me comrades, how have you two been doing?"

"Oh oH! Paimon and the traveler-------------------"

Paimon and childe were so busy talking with each other that the two of them didnt realized how much time has passed until the traveler reminds paimon that they have to fetch some fruits for someone

"Oh yeah paimon completely forgot about that! grrrrthrhr this is all this oranges head fault! If he wouldnt have started such a long conversation with paimon we could of gotten --------'s fruits faster!" As paimon putted the blame on Childe

"Hey now, you're the one who couldn't keep their mouth shut, maybe if you would of talked less you guys would of gotten the fruits sooner" childe was quick to defend himself and his pride

As the two argued

The three of them didnt notice someone approaching them

"Traveler"

Startled, paimon and Childe stopped arguing to see who the hell called for travelers name

The traveler tho?they didnt even have to look behind themself to know who called for them

"Oh its wanderer!! What are you doing here?" Paimon asked

Childe made sure to remember that name

"Lord lesser kusanali asked me to fetch you two ofcourse i didnt do it for free tho"

"Nahida?? Wonder what she needs us for well we better get going traveler!!"

The traveler just nodded and left with paimon

Leaving the harbinger and the wanderer alone

Childe was the first to talk

"Are you from inazuma? I recognise those clothes"

"Oh wouldnt you like to know"

"Yes i would like to know actually"

"Tch.. mind your own business" as the stranger slowly walked away

Childe didnt know why but when he watched this "stranger" left

his heart sank

Those beautiful violet blue shade eyes

It felt like he knew this so called wanderer for years.

Wanderer couldn't help but feel the way his heart sank too, he didnt like the way it felt

He hates the way childes eyes looked at him

He hates remembering the old times

The times where wander- no 

The times where scara would wake up to find childe sleeping beside him

The times where childe looks at him with loving eyes

He has to fight the urge to turn around  to kiss childe and explain everything that happened

But he couldn't

So he walked away leaving his one and only lover

Maybe one day they could meet again
And start over.

And the person ended up never getting their fruits from the traveler btw
