Draco shrugged his shoulders. "They won't say anything to you, if they do at all. Why...don't you want to go home, may I ask?" Draco asked, holding out his arm. She hesitated, but locked her armed with his and the pair walked, she followed Draco's lend. "Ron and Harry went home. One of them should text me once things have settled, if I haven't returned. I...don't wish to return until the car be civil again." She admitted and Draco let out a sigh. "I...suppose I understand. It's quiet these days. The television is on if my father is in the living room, and the only deafening sound is Violet, but only when she's hungry." Draco smiled lightly. He did love his baby sister. His father had changed, and yes it hurt him in a new way, but at least Violet, a little bitty baby girl, would grow up loved and safe, away form everything that turned their world against them. "Can...I see her?" Hermione asked. Draco thoughts about this, but shrugged his shoulders. "I'm...not certain. If they are still fighting, I rather you be welcomed at the house the you forced to go home, I don't...want more...um, I'm not sure the word, but...I'll see, okay?" Draco said she nodded, but turned to face him. She seen the hearing aid in his ear, unsure how she missed it before, but spoke her mind. "Don't worry about it...I rather just...wash up and perhaps get a nap in if at all possible." She said softly. "You can use my room. I'm not at all going to be able to rest and the bathroom is adjusted to my bedroom." Draco said. "I'm not pushing you out your bedroom." She asked, quickly. "You aren't." Draco said.
Draco unlocked their door and the pair was hit with the smell of coffee. Draco bit down uncomfortable on his lip. The coffee meant his father was awake and likely set up in the living room in his recliner. He wasn't at all sure how his parents would react to Draco bring Hermione Granger, A muggle born, into their home. Sure, they were no longer in the magical world, but he knew his father's thoughts remain the same, even if they were no longer voiced.
Draco shut the door behind them, and feet the pair of eyes on them. "...There's coffee." He said in a voice Hermione wasn't sure what it meant. I wasn't full of hate, but it wasn't a voiced pleased either. He grabbed his mug of coffee and walked into the living room to settle in his recliner, turning on the morning news.Draco turned to face her. "Want some breakfast?" Draco asked. "I'd like that, thanks." She replied softly, following Draco in the kitchen.
Their kitchen was cleaned and pretty well organized, expect for the still open can of infant formula and a new small bottle beside it. Hermione pointed it out and Draco put a pause in breaking and walked into the carpet that separated the kitchen and dining area, form their living room and he staircase going to the second floor. "Does Viv need bottles?" Draco asked. "I'll get to it later, Draco. Just have your breakfast and take your ... Friend upstairs." Lucius said and Draco shifted uncomfortably. "I'll make the bottles." Draco said, turning back around. "Two, two ounces and a three ounces." Lucius replied and Draco Draco nodded, even if it couldn't be seen by his father.
Hermione got to her feet and picked up were Draco left off on breakfast, so he could make the bottles for his baby sister. The pair sat down, eating their breakfast, listening to the news playing at six that morning. Hermione's attention was caught by an car accident reported and walked into the living room. She slowly picked up the removed and increased the volume just slightly. The car accident reported a young male on a motorcycle, in unknown condition. "Do you have a phone?" She asked. "By the front door." Lucius replied, getting handed the remote to the television.
Draco followed the young woman to the house phone that hung on the wall by the door of the home and she was quick to call a number, she kept the conversation quiet and Draco seen the worried on her face grow by their short conversation. She hung up the phone. "Thank you...for breakfast and spending the evening with me, but I have to go now." She said, turning back to face Draco A tear about to fall. "Potter...had a motorcycle?" Draco asked and he nodded. "The hospital called the apartment, but he didn't know were to reach me at...So, I need to go." She said. "Go with her." Lucius said. "Father-" Draco turned and started to say, as Lucius got to his feet. "There's a reason she came here, I'm certain it isn't resolved just because of a car accident. Go. With her." Lucius said and Draco let out a huff, but turned back to face Hermione. "Let me gather a small bag. It won't take but a minute." Draco said and she slowly nodded.
Draco disappeared upstairs, Hermione, very uncomfortable at the man who eased back down in his recliner, and picked up the old newspaper. After a moments thought. "Be Certain he takes his medicines, Miss Granger, or is Mrs. Weasley now?" Lucius said. "No, Sir. Ron and I...are struggling at the moment." Hermione said, slowly making the walk over to the living room. She still kept her space between herself and the man in the recliner. "Draco needs a friend, more Activities other then that little part time job he has." Lucius said. "I suppose...he hasn't been out much outside of his job?" Hermione asked. "No. Nass has tried to get him into those activities at the....center or whatever, but he just doesn't." Lucius said. "It...would be best...if attendance took place here." She said, softly, unsure of what the man's response would be.
