9 guests are sent a letter, their friend, Joey Graceffa, needs their help in saving a town stuck in 1978. They all accept, but to do so they must choose a role from that era to get in. They are all determined to save the town, but is there room for other things on their mind?

I arrive at a field, I'm supposed to be helping my friend save a town, I see that i'm not the only one. Looking around my eye stops on two people, one I already know, My friend Ro (Rosanna) the jet-setter and someone I don't know, the detective, instantly I'm intrigued. I walk over and Ro puts it on herself to introduce us, i'm glad.
"Hi, Saphiya! I'm so glad your here too, were gonna need you and Matt's brains" She gestures towards the handsome boy with the yellow glasses
"Hi! I'm Matt, The detective! I guess we'll be working together!" He holds out his hand and gives me a wink. Im a little flustered, for some reason, but I take his hand and shake it.
When I turn back to Ro, she looking at me her mouth wide open, I shoot her a confused look then go to meet the other people i'll be working with.
(A few hours later)
"Wheres Joey?" Matt, the boy I met earlier turns to look at the group
Were all huddled around a fire, waiting for Joey, its been a few hours since we all got here. I check my watch and shrug with everyone else.
"I haven't seen him in a while. Like, a couple months!" Ro perks up. She's right, nobody has heard from him since now.
After we all confirm that were here to save Everlock. Colleen shares something that made me and the rest of the group chuckle a bit
"I thought this was just a collab" The disco dancer exclaims, we all look at her and laugh
"Like,I thought this was just gonna be a collab" She continues, we all tell her that its not and we are saving a town from its doom
"Why is he having us meet him here? Is this the town?" Collen asks, gesturing to the grass around us
"This is clearly not the town!" Matt says, also looking down
Im just here to see, like can we actually time travel?" I finally say something, The letter said there was a town stuck in the 1970s and I love the 1970s but how are we gonna get there?
"I think we've waited long enough!" Collen says, frustrated
"Yeah, I agree" Manny, The record-producer says
"You guys came!" We all turn around, and right on que, theres our host, Joey Graceffa!
We all cheer and I pull him into a hug, I haven't seen him in forever! No one has.
"I didn't know if you guys were gonna come or not!" He says, I wouldn't miss this for the world I think to myself, if we can actually get to the town that would be so cool
Collen speaks up "We've been waiting for hours" she's not wrong, its been 5 hours since we all got here.
"We've been really worried about you" I tell our host, tryin to bring up the mood a bit
"Thank you" he replies
"So, tell us about this town" Mat says, Jumping right in to action, I like that. I jump back to reality after zoning out. I can't believe i'm thinking like this. I turn again to see Ro looking at me with a smirk on her face, I'm still confused so I turn my back.
"Uh,so I need your help" Joey starts as we all listen
"I really don't know much about how we get there" he continues
