First person pov-Lo'ak
I woke up to the sun in my face, I went to put my hand to block it but it was held down by something.

More like someone

Fwew'aya

I listened to neteyam, not only because I do love her but because I didn't want to lose her without her knowing it. When we all visited neteyam yesterday at the spirit tree he told me to get the girl.

I don't think he meant mate but oh well.

She started to squirm a little causing the sun to hit her face. She groaned turning around to put her face in my chest.

Then she opened her eyes looking at me, a mixture of shock and happiness, in her eyes.

"Morning Doll"

She smiled and pecked my lips before sitting up to stretch.

"You know your dads gonna basically murder us-"

"For mating?"

She looked at me and rolled her eyes.

"We're not telling him that dumbass, that we stayed out late. Their probably worried sick."

I admire her as she put her shell too back on, putting her hair up. Damn.

"Might wanna keep your hair down"

I got up and walked towards her, putting a hand on her chin pushing it up lightly to see the hickeys.

She just groaned in annoyance putting her hair down, I grabbed her hand and we started walking. We finally reached the beach, looking around everything was quiet.

No one's pov-
Neytiri and Jake didn't question where the two had gone. They simply didn't have the energy too, Kiri had asked them but the two said they had lost track of time.

Eventually Lo'ak was called by his mother to help her with something, leaving Fwew'aya all alone. She decided to visit neteyam, to tell him how she did what he said to.

She rode to the spirit tree and connected her braid, instantly waking up in the forest.

"Fwew'aya !"

She turned around to face the owner of the voice, she smiled at neteyam as he came to sit next to her.

"Hi neteyam"

He looked at her with a smirk

"Sooo, did you do it?"

She couldn't hide her smile as she looked at him

"Yes I did, and a lot more"

Neteyam widened his eyes, trying to make sure he heard right.

"You mated?!?"

She laughed at his response, she smiled and nodded. He grabbed her hugging her. He did think it was stupid but he was happy about it. He couldn't see his brother with anyone else.

"I'm happy for you sister"

As she was about to reply they heard a rustle by the bushes. Then Lo'ak walked out.

"I thought I would find you here"

He walked and sat on the other side of me.

"Hi brother"

Neteyam smiled at him grinning from ear to ear.

"Are you here to also tell me you guys have mated?"

Lo'ak looked at Fwew'aya , she just laughed.

"I was yes, but it seems she's beat me to it"

They all laughed, sitting there talking as if the last week hadn't happened.

They weren't in denial , just the hard part of acceptance.
