Yes it's Razor and Heizou, I already came up with most of it, it's in my conversations, go have a look to understand. I just threw a bunch of colours on Razor that make him, him. Heizou has glowing ears as you can see, its to show his powers, you know. I can't wait to write this (I haven't made a chapter for it yet).
