i absolutely adore this book! i love this book because of it's original plot and character -- eliza goodwin. in some stories, writers tend to give most of an actual characters script to their own character, to make it easier for their o/c to be with their love interest. this book is the complete opposite! the fact that you gave eliza a fresh, original script while keeping jane and most of her script in the book is absolute amazing!
