Ever since that day, Eren kept receiving threatening messages from Zeke.

He listened to Armin's advice and didn't let his half brother take his throne away, he wasn't about to let some random guy take away his empire.

Last few days Eren spend most of his time in office.

Everyday Eren became more and more suspicious of Zeke. He started thinking it was really him who killed his mother.

"It could be possible" Armin said, still looking through some clues they found.

Eren told Armin about man named Eren Kruger.

How he was innocent and how it was all set up but his father didn't want to hear any of it.

"According what that man told you 3 years ago, your half brother is only one who's name is Zeke and he's still blood related to Grisha" Armin pointed out

"I know!! That's why I'm so pissed right now!! I could have killed that bastard but instead I let him live!" He said grumpily

"Do you think he'll be back?" Eren asked after few minutes of silence

"Most likely" his right man answered

"Then we'll be ready"

Armin barged inside Eren's office not bothering to knock.
Eren looked at him with rised eyebrow

Eren quickly stood up and went to the basement, just see old man in his early thirties tied up

Eren noticed man was missing some nails on his fingers just like he had black eye and bloody face

"This is the man who helped your brother kill your mother"

Eren looked at man calm expression "So be it." He turned to Armin and nodded before he left the room.

Outside he could hear man screaming in agony however Eren didn't pay any attention to them.

Eren returned home just to see Armin sitting on the couch with glass of whisky in his hand

"What are you doing up this late?" Young mafia king asked while putting his jacket away

"Waiting for you of course. I didn't want to interrupt your hang out with Historia so I thought I would wait until you came home" Armin answered, then he narrowed his eyes "but obviously that was bad idea." Eren chuckled "sorry buddy."

"After 3 hours of chopping his fingers off, 30 minutes of beating him until he bleeds and 4 ways of threatening to kill his whole family..including killing one of his relatives to prove my point, he finally broke" he added "you should probably take a seat and grab something to drink.."
